Rumor is Capcom/8-4 are announcing a Tri G localization in about two and a half hours.

GET PUMPED even though that probably isn't what it is. I just wanted a thread to whine in when they announce something else instead.

Hopefully, to include an online mode so it doesn't completely die at retail.

That's my hope at least. It still doesn't justify why they just didn't COME OUT AND ANNOUNCE IT WAS COMING MONTHS AGO, but it does make up for the actual wait.

Dropping it at E3 would have been WAY too soon. And as discussed... E3 is a massive game of chicken. There's nothing to be gained from "winning" it.

Yes. SCEA flew Inafune to LA to demo it at E3 to only announce the game on a post on the PlayStation Blog 2 days prior to their conference ... More time for Wonderbook!

Given they announced it on the PS Blog, what do you think? They didn't even show it on their week long live video streams IIRC.

I think SCEJ knows SCEA doesn't give a fuck so that's why the Japanese Soul Sacrifice site has an English option for every piece of media.
