Nah, Bevin is a true believer which is partially why the RNC seemingly threw him in the bushes. I don't think he'll do it day one, but he's going to shitcan KyNect. Likely in some type of backhanded way so he can deny some culpability, like shitcanning funding for insurance agents or taking down the website. Basically make it as hard as possible to sign up for and watch it slowly bleed out.

He can't "repeal the ACA." It's dubious whether he can even eliminate the Medicaid expansion easily I think? Not entirely sure. All he can do for sure is kill Kynect, which then means that the idiot buttfuckers that voted for him can just sign up for coverage on the federal exchange.

Looks like you're right. He's saying it'll take 12 months due to the processing but the plan is to shit can KyNect and use the federal exchange.

He'll have to wait a bit to opt out of Medicaid but he'll be able to set that up pretty quickly.

Well, on the plus side, the Dems will be taking control of the Pennsylvania supreme court, which would have huge ramifications for redistricting next time around.

Also, Issue 1 in Ohio, another anti-gerrymander bill looks like it'll pass comfortably. While it won't effect congressional lines, this gives hope that next year, when they introduce a bill to take care of that specific problem, will pass just as easily.

From what I got our of that article, it seems like there was a good chance he could get in if he was the top ROTC candidate in a major metro like Detroit and if he wanted to bug a congressman . I thought, as did Weigel, that there might be some wiggle room - ie perhaps he meant "West Point wanted me to come blah blah" without specifics. But he literally said scholarship.
