I havent put points into Riposte at all, waste of a point, there are much more useful nodes on the skilltree.

i felt like in W2 it was all about spell casting upgrades.  i upgraded the shit out of my sword skillz on my last W2 playthrough and it didnt seem to have much of an effect.  rolling dodge upgrades were cool, but everything else im not sure was worth it.

I'm just gunning for Vigor upgrades, Vitality (playing on Dark after all), and Igni upgrades. Need to hit LVL 35 for an achievement, so I got plenty of nodes to spend.

I actually have like 7 on reserve since I'm storing enough to get some of the last nodes you need for an achievement (Mutant, Combat Acumen...)

If I actually cared about this dumb shit that GAF people care about, there is a high potential chance, I would have a moment of self reflection one day and suck a bullet down.

I mean it gets worse and worse every time.

You'd think the knowledge would be out there by now, even for the newbies. Everything devs show is subject to change. Everything. How hard is that to understand?

Yeah I could see the painstaking effort in TW2 put into the story and having your choices play out through it but when it came time to chop up men and monsters it just wasn't that fun.

I'm sure they have improved.

Fuck. I need to finish my dark run of W2 fucking ASAP.

Maybe I should update my GPU while I'm at it.
690 is looking pretty old now.

Also apparently all the reviews so far are non-PC?

I assumed struggle builds and PS4/XBOX dudes were the majority.
Sucks to be them. Always struck me as odd that console feggits fight over graphic prowess when they're not even the lead platform for development.

Game is getting amazing reviews yet gaffers still find a way to complain

Sure im a bit bummed they didnt make the combat more weighty, but everything else seems spot on

Ill take a few bugs here and there over a boringware game anyday

Responsiveness is all I wanted tbh.
I like the W2 system, but playing it back, there's too many instances of my ass dying straight out of a cutscene because Geralt is still pulling his fucking sword out while the enemy is taking shots. Like fuck come on son
