it seems entirely probable to me that that is what they are doing, except that they haven't gotten a firm response from the publishers yet. The publishers are floating these trial balloons by proxy and not getting the answers they want, and thus are waffling.

Vita's the same way with taking screenshots. It'll be worse if it takes more cues from the Vita's screenshot feature--adding game logos to shots, low quality, etc.

Well, it'll be worse on the PS4 if publishers choose to us it; feed fades to back during cutscenes or something. That's 'if' they choose to. I don't think I've ever encountered screenshot blocking on the Vita.

Infamous 3 looks better up close but there isn't that immediate leap like from PGR2 to PGR3. But this is without considering image quality, frame rate, etc. Then again the impressive parts of the trailer don't play in screens.

Also, good ending of infamous 2 is canon. Main characters powers aren't just smoke; he absorbs powers or something. Sounds like the gameplay ain't much different from the last two. Uh you can turn into smoke and travel via air vents now and have nightcrawler moves.

Oh and you fondle the touch pad to build up smoke powers in infamous. I guess they need to justify its inclusion.

The 1st one was very ugly, but I really thought the 2nd upped the presentation. I thought it looked pretty good.

I'm not too excited because well I guess not enough is known, but also because well I'm not quite sure I need another open world Super hero game like Infamous right now. I feel the hell the 2nd one satisfied me enough. I guess we'll just have to see if this new one is doing anything radically different.

Interesting, but they would have to come with something BIG.

European exclusives (witcher, cyberpunk, other eurojank shit they could get) , multiplayer for free, service to match PS+, cheaper price then PS4 (360 was cheaper then PS3 and yet got outsold so the price would need to REALLY cheap), no online needed bs, no focus on services that don't exsist in Europe (Netflix).

It's an uphill battle and as Oscar says outside of English speaking countries Xbox has it tough.

Sony localizes it's games in between FIGS and often up to 20 european languages.

MS usually doesn't bother with much outside of FIGS (French Italian German and Spanish).
