Pepperoni is probably the only meat I enjoy on pizza. The problem with sausage to me is that I always feel full after a couple slices.

I'd say about 60% of the pizzas I buy don't have any meat on them.

Perhaps my problem is that I've only gotten sausage from big national chains. Michigan has a damn good pizza place (Aubree's), I'd imagine they have the crumbled Italian sausage. I'd try that. For instance I don't eat bacon for the most part, but they have a nice crumbled style for that.

REAL TALK BELOW.

People who only ever order pepperoni are boring.

It isn't that pepperoni is bad, but I cannot stand it when someone orders they only order pepporoni. Get a meat lovers at least. But if you question them or suggest to them, then they're like "I love pepperoni" even though pizza shops have entire menus of fresh and new stuff. Why stick to pepporoni, especially when sausage is better?

Then again, I have problems when people always do the same stuff. It is like a brain glitch I have where I cannot stand repitition and experiencing old things. Like, my family will actually get mad if I deviate from a recipe because goddamit, I'm tired of the same old thing, Ave experimentation is the elixir of life.

My general experience with sausage is that it overpowers the rest of the flavor of the pizza versus complimenting it, but maybe I just haven't had good sausage pizza.
