Someone explain to me why that game is a big deal and why it's a big deal it's not on vita? Don't know anything about it but gaf has its panties in a bunch. Was it originally announced for Vita? Does Vita even have any more games coming out for it?
Was originally on psp. Released in 2011, in development since like 2006 or some shit. So psp players had to wait a long time. Unfortunately, 2012 was when Sony rolled out the Vita (I believe, I'm too lazy too look up when that fucking system came out) and by that point, psp was dead in America and Europe, so little reason to bring it over DESPITE a translation already being done. So VIta and psp owners clamored SE to bring it over. Maybe do a Vita port, who fucking knows. So two years pass, Vita fans are getting irritated and still no Type-0 in English. Mind, this is the first FF release since FFVII that hasn't been translated in English, people are tired of FF13, FF14 was dog shit at this point, and Versus was nowhere to be seen, so people were thirsty. A fan translation patch was being worked on, because fuck S-E, right? Everyone forgets about it, and then translation patch is released just yesterday. Guess what! S-E announces Type-0 for the ps4/xbone! Now you can play that game you've waited since 2006 to play if you pluck down 400 clams to play it!
That's why people are pissed: square enix's usual incompetence.
