Yep. The type of people I put on ignore have no redeeming qualities. They're just noise. It's like the digital equivalent of shutting your apartment window because some asshole outside is loudly talking on the phone, why subject yourself to something like that when you can easily silence it (by murdering him, not shutting the window, obviously).

Shaka's ignore list is pretty funny. I guess for me only Count Dookkake is insufferable enough to maybe ignore at some point, he's not even stupid in a "let's make fun of him" kind of way. There are way, way, way more shit posts on GAF than good posts but the only poster I am consistently itching to really torture and murder in the digital realm is Dookkake. I fucking can't stand the puns in most threads on GAF and he's the worst offender and everyone else just want to be like him. And Trab got banned for a South Park quote lol. How do people even remember quotes from tv shows/movies? I think I only know like two Sopranos quotes and one from OZ and definitely not word for word, and from all the movies I've seen (even those I've seen several times) "I'll be back" is the only line I remember. How many times do you need to watch stuff to be able to memorize lines or do people keep lists of quotes or do I just have exceptionally shitty memory? I'm feeling really dumb today, I don't understand anything.

Yeah, clicking an ignore button is an awful lot of work.

Not extra work, an extra mile of thought that could best be used somewhere else. Computer makes some horrible posts but I tend to just...not read them. Putting him on ignore would validate his shittiness IMO.
