In a sense. But most stay at home because they're too poor, the economy is bad, and rent outside home would cripple them. Anyone who uses the "still live your parents" line is obviously living in their bubble in the year 2013.
But you're a virgin at 25. I wouldn't say that's normal, but increasingly more common. But not all virgins are equal so it depends on why you're still a virgin. Have you had the chance but denied it? A lot of people are still virgins or completely celibate because dating is tedious now and some people don't even bother dating anymore. But if it's because you're scared of girls and don't have the confidence to strike a convo with one, no that's not normal. But I stress that I hate the word "normal".
Personally, I lost my virginity at 19, I haven't had sex in about a year. It's not even on my mind, I don't have the time to start a relationship with someone.
