It's possible he talked to her beforehand and honestly explained his feelings to her and saw if she wanted to meet before he posted about his trip. Or he's just totally over her and this is sort of a way of proving it (by not asking her to meet him).

The biggest tell to me is that apparently he is traveling to Germany, presumably a country he has wanted to visit in some time, at one of the worst times to do so.  Why the heck would you want to be a tourist at a time when it is cold, snowy, and has general shitty weather?  Maybe it is the only time he can do so but something seems up and hopefully it doesn't end with trab dead in some ditch somewhere

Australian summer is off the chain (although probably not for a shut-in like Mutes). I was in Germany at that time a couple of years ago and it was like -10°C and the snow was relentless. Lovely place in the summer though.

Good on Toys R Us with that move btw. There's no reason a girl who wants to play with bloody Hot Wheels or a boy who wants to play with Barbie can't do those things. Removing this won't make them more likely to pick up those toys, but I'm positive it'll help.

I totally agree with that. I hate weak daddy's little princess types, and if I had a daughter I wouldn't want her to be all about Cinderella and shit. As for a son, I dunno.
