Sautee' onions in olive oil until browned, then throw in spinach, put some salt and pepper on them leaves, then cut a table spoon of butter, throw that in there, mix it in well, put a top on it, and then slowly turn down the heat, stir it, then send a thank you letter to Himu-chan for this totally unoriginal and yet TOTALLY DELICIOUS WAY to eat her fave veggie. Put that shit on a steak and down a glass of wine along with it.
