Suits are just an easy way for guys to look "nice" because you just take some shirt and put the pants and jacket on. That's part of why they remain popular outside of social conventions. Some people just aren't good at putting together an outfit out of separate parts so a ready made combo saves them time and time is money and money is greed and greed is good.

Plus then you can take the jacket off and roll up your sleeves to show you understand the plight of working man.

I met up with him for Zwanze Day in Seattle back in October. Nice guy but has a bit of a problem with unconscious name dropping and trying to one up people. We didn't talk about his brother or the trip or the tips or anything. Just had lunch and some beer with another friend of mine.

Apparently he traveled a lot for work before embarking on this, so maybe he does have some money to cover "leisure expenses."

1) Most of them are unlikable.
2) Why is having a girlfriend that plays video games mecca to them?  For one, a lot of people play video games.  For two, having someone that plays video games all day and is 30 is sad, male or female.

Because to gaffers it is.  In those virgin threads, you have a lot of them come out of the woodwork and admit to being a virgin well into their 20s.  There was a dude who was a 42 year old virgin a couple of years ago.  Keep in mind these are the ones who were brave enough to admit it, there are still a lot of virgins on that board that don't talk about it either because they don't want to or they're worried about catching shit.

It's sad but when your social life revolves around forums and video games, you're not going to have a lot of time to put yourself out there to get laid.  With the rise of technology, we may see real life permavirgins who didn't get laid because it meant time away from their computer, not for religious reasons.

To be fair: Dark Souls online makes sense that there is no pause option.

I'm right there with him in thinking it's bullshit that offline/no-online connection is the same experince and think it's lazy of From to not have that option for people that want it. But the "experience" of the Souls series is meant to be played online/invaded at any time to where if you want to "pause" you need to disconnect from the servers to be "truly safe."

Double-so since the game saves for every little thing you do nearly. So it's "checkpointing" pretty often.

I fucking hate this shit and it's a thing in Japanese games where I guess the developers can seem to separate off line and online. If I've turned on the online then sure, but if its off then give me the ability to pause.

It's already pretty dumb in FF Type 0 where you have to press pause in the start menu.

The argument is honestly really simple. If you want to play more broad games or mature games or violent games or whatever you want to label them as, don't buy the console that is aimed at kids in this country and has a lovable mascot as a plumber. We always got our Santa gifts first because Santa never wrapped his gifts, he just left them in a pile on the floor. With gifts from our parents, we had to open them all one at time and then pose for a picture with the gift before we could move on to the next one.
