I'm not opposed to spanking, I was spanked blah blah blah. However what Peterson did wasn't just spanking: he beat his child until he left marks, terrorized him, put leaves in his mouth, literally injured the kid's scrotum....nah. How do you rip your kid's balls unless you're whipping the shit out of your son wantonly?

As somebody in the GAF thread pointed out, AP would be in jail right now if he did this to another human who wasn't his child. Heck, he'd probably be in jail for doing that to a dog. But suddenly when it's his child, certain people don't think it's right to judge his "parenting techniques."

Don't read the coli thread on this one man. It'll piss you off.

shit is discustin

I post in the sports area all the time, shit is crazy. Even worse is the caping for Dwight Howard with people claiming his case of kid beating is due to him tweeting in support of Palestine this summer.

Or the "conspiracy against black QBs" shit. Nah breh, RG3 just sucks. I'll at least sort of give them a nod for Cam Newton: he's being fucked plain and simple.

Seriously though, my dude throws the whole team under the bus while ignoring his own shitty ass play. "It's ain't my fault, Peyton and Aaron are great QB's and they don't play good when their team isn't balling"

"So Robert, you think you're on Peyton and Aaron's level do you? Well I hope you enjoy being a backup on the Raiders in a couple of years"

The full rg3 quote in context sounds a lot less like him throwing folks under the bus; he says he knows his teammates expect the same from him that he expects from them. However it still sounds a bit off, and more importantly why are you even talking to the media at this point? They want to find tension, don't let them.

I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't study much because lord knows he panics all the time at new looks or defenses. His o line is bad but still...dude takes so many bad sacks. Even indestructible Cam Newton is getting beat up, how the fuck does rg3 expect to take those hits and survive? Later rid of the ball...

I think Carr definitely has his moments... the biggest problem with Oak as been that he's having to do too much.
No run game = expected pass game ... that can be hard on a rook.

He'll improve for sure.

A basic eye test would tell you Oakland is better than that infamous Lions team on nearly every level. Decent d line including a future pro bowler in Mack, decent RB, rookie QB who doesn't look like straight ass, etc.

Information on the Bills Website instructs ticket holders to call 1-877-228-4357.

But that's actually the phone number for a domestic violence crisis center in Ohio, which has been receiving a barrage of calls from Bills fans.

The center is asking people to stop calling the number because it needs to keep its lines open for people who need their services.

The post went up around 7 p.m. yesterday, and had been uncorrected as of an hour ago, so the wrong number was up for nearly 16 hours.

My one memory of that 0-16 Lions team was their QB running out of the back of the endzone for a safety, and then they lost by 2 points.

Phew, Browns tried to give that one away....7-4 now when most of us real browns fans would have settled for a 7 win season.

However that AFC North though

Cincy 7-3-1
Steelers 7-4
Browns 7-4
Ravens 6-4

:whew

Based Josh Gordon though, he changes the whole offense.

Also thanks Odell Beckham Jr for saving my fantasy season  :heart

Our league use to be a 14 team league but we cut it to 12 when a couple of people decided to stop playing (we've been playing since college) and honestly I like 12 teams a lot better. 14 means thin ass tiers of talent and an over-competitive waiver wire.

Yup, 12 teams seems to be the sweet spot to me.

I was on a 12 team league last year and it worked well.
The 14 team league was mainly b/c I was gauging interested on my team in the office and I got a lot more interest than originally planned.
But it does work out well in the way that everyone plays everyone else once.  Thirteen week regular season, 3 week playoff with 8 teams.

As for the wire... yeah that's iffy... we use the auction method and everyone has a $100 season budget (only b/c my only experience with FF was set up that way), but I think I will ditch that for next year.

I honestly like 10 man leagues, power house match ups :rejoice and if you're sleepin you're done

Shady McCoy, Dez, and Beckham Jr helped me get the most points scored in a single game this year so far (extra 100 bucks brehs)

150+ and still got Bills Defense and Chris Ivory to go

:lawd
YMMV

My play off team lookin fierce for my money league

E. Sanders
Antonio Brown
Josh Gordon
Jimmy Graham
Forte
Jeremy Hill / Gio Bernard
Blount as a back up
Stafford / Tannehill (my worst position, but I'll be fine)

Damn... that's quite the lineup.  Jealous of your WRs.

My playoff run will be with...

Romo
Forte
CJ Anderson / Rashard Jennings
Josh Gordon
Golden Tate
Alshon Jeffery / Martavis Bryant
Julius Thomas

Romo has been surprisingly consistent
