I so called that. The Cardinals only chance of scoring is on defense. If you can't run that fumble back, Lindley sure as hell won't.

Then he throws the INT. :lol

Can't help but feel bad for Arizona. They could have been potent with Drew Stanton, who isn't bad. Injuries fucked them big time

They probably would've won today with Stanton. I don't think they'd have gone much further, though.

Good season though.  We have one of the best offensive units in football.  If we could just bolster our defense...and honestly I think its time to ditch Dick Labeau.

Packers will get beat by the first legit defense they face, as long as said defense is backed up by a decent offense. The Seahawks will take them to pound town.

Dallas is fucked too, regardless of today. The idea that they're a SB contender is laughable IMO. Marketing.

Seahawks will lose to the Lions in an upset.

then the Packers will beat the Lions, again.

then they'll beat the Patriots, again.

I feel good about this.

Dallas and the Lions' QB have a lot riding on this game. Whoever loses is going to face a new wave of criticism and could easily not be the started in a year or two. Romo's playoff/big game struggles are well known, and if he shits the bed at home today it's gonna be ugly. Whereas Stafford has never won a truly big game/meaningful in his life. If he shits the bed, or if the offense looks poor as it has for 13 of the 16 weeks of the season...the clock will start ticking on his career here.

Every single big off-season move the Lions made was aimed at improving Stafford. We brought in Jim Caldwell, who worked extensively with Peyton Manning. We brought in the Broncos QB coach. We signed Golden Tate. And while he cut down on his turnover amount, he only threw for 22 TDs. Multiple games resulted in an average or below average QB rating. He ranks quite low on most QB measuring statistics this year outside of yards. The next step people assumed he'd take did not happen. I honestly assumed he'd come close to replicating his amazing 2011 season where he looked like an elite QB. Nah.

The Lions are on the brink of rebuilding. The defense is good and while we got gashed today I can't really blame it on them - what do you expect is going to happen when Rodgers constantly gets a short field due to bad special teams coverage. Special teams gave up one TD also, which was basically the difference.

But this team clearly isn't going to win anything of worth with Stafford at QB. Going into the game he had fewer TDs this season than Russell Wilson, who is playing in a run first offense with nobody of note to throw the ball to. We have spent years surrounding him with "weapons," brought in the "Saints offense" and multiple coaches aimed at helping him...and this is the result. Sure he has thrown fewer INTs but that's probably a result of this offensive scheme really putting a leash on him. It's a very vanilla, safe offense. He's not being paid elite money to be a fucking game manager. I'm tired of it.

Grats ahead of time Dallas fans. Romo will rip our secondary apart since you guys have a good o-line, meaning we won't get pressure.

Nice. And we get the ball first. I'll take it.

-shocked at how effective our pressure is on that great o line. Romo looks shook.
-Stafford looks good.
-injuries ramping up. Mathis being out led directly to that Dallas TD.

One of the most blatant con jobs I've seen. The Lions fucked up on offense in the second half sure. But there's no excuse for picking up a flag and not giving an explanation. Not to mention Dez fucking Bryant CLEARLY sideline interfering and not being flagged. Or Megatron being held during that final drive. Fuck that.
