Ninthings have been on edge since Mario Kart 8 didn't give that console bump they were so convinced would "Save the Wii U" (Xbone outsold Wii-U across May/June in the US even with Xbone's impending kinectless bundle announced in April and released in June) and taking it out on the "Biased against Nintendo" press is a release valve for them. I guarantee the first media that is vaguely critical about Bayonetta in a "SJW" manner will be the next conspiracy. Just being critical of a game is enough to get labeled as "SJW" these days so it's pretty much guaranteed the poor bastard that drops any score less than 8/10 is going to get hounded.

No. Platinum/Sega owns the "IP." If Platinum wants to do Bayonetta 3 (but why would they? It doesn't pay the bills!) they can. But they can't release Bayonetta 2 elsewhere without Nintendo's OK. Similar to Sega telling Nintendo "you want to make Bayonetta 2 on your system? Okay. We ain't doing shit with it!"

You misunderstand. To "play through the content" you need to grind. The loot drop tables are horribad.

Right now he's got plenty of viewers but all it'll take is some other guy with the same shtick that does like  a 5 minute video and Joe's in trouble.

He does a bunch of neat little things to boost his ratings (like moving around the world, so that he becomes the nationally recommended channel in each country)
