My SO makes base tomato sauce 10 liters at a time. Not freezing it would be madness.

I freeze orange juice in ice trays sometimes, for mixed drinks and such. I could see doing that with Bloody Mary mix, maybe, so your shit doesn't get watered down. Spaghetti sauce? Nah, just get some small freezer bags for single servings.

Yeah, that shit keeps forever dry in the box and take minutes to cook. You can even do it in the microwave.  By the time you bag all that cooked pasta you're not saving any time or effort.

Yeah, it's not like pasta is hard to make or like you'd only make a huge amount of it like sauce. If you have left overs ok I guess. But specifically making pasta just to freeze it? That's crazy.

edit: I just realized we've spent most of a page discussing the merits of freeze spaghetti sauce and pasta. Real-talk.

Now all we've got is what...Blackish?  :goty2

Though really, Blackish isn't bad at all and was continuing to find its footing in the 4 episodes I watched

I'm not going to complain about Blackish because it's good to see black comedy hit the networks again. TV and film are less than diverse than 20 years ago. Shit is crazy.

I still watch martin and wayans brothers reruns on mtv2 :bow Martin :bow2

A Suikoden II OT? What. Nothing wrong with it but I'm surprised for some reason to see an OT for such an old game. You'd think most people who were interested in playing would have pirated it by now. :yeshrug

Gaffers will make OTs for everything these days. There's even an OT for the Mario Kart DLC.

Either way, that OT is 17 pages of no actual discussion about the game. It's just pages of "I bought it!", "I'm excited to buy it!" or "damn you sony for making a pricing mistake!".

or if not pirated it, just paid the $120.  It's the price of two current gen games and you get more play time out of it than 5 current gens combined. but people act like the game is impossible to find anywhere on earth and that $120 is going to break the bank.

always weird how people overstate the rarity and value of somewhat-in-demand games.

I found Suikoden II by going to gamestop.com back in the day, searching for the title, and using the online game locator on their site. Found one over where my mom worked. Gave her the 50 bucks to buy it on her way home. I mean, there are so many ways to play Suikoden II, and while I realize it was rare, it wasn't rare to the point where it needs an OT for a digital untouched unfixed unbuggied not even retranslated digital release.

Just weird. :yeshrug But I'm happy they finally get to play it.

People want to discuss it? Why not?

I mean why does it bother you that a later game is getting an "OT" for focusing discussion on it?

I discovered that a local friend had a copy of Suikoden II and immediately bummed that shit off him. Turns out that either my PS2 is garbage (likely), PS3's disc based ps1 emulation is garbage (also likely) or the disc was damaged cause it would always hang shortly after the game starts.  :'( Thankful for the digital release at least since it means I can play it on the go.
