I can tell you from experience that one of the most important things you can do is be careful with your back/spine. Once your back is proper fucked, you'll never be the same again. Over the years my back has gone from solid and strong to achy, torn up, and sounding like a bowl of rice krispies whenever I move. Back doctor's gonna take x-rays, give you a short scrip for vicodin, tell you there's nothing that can really be done, and take $500 from you. The worst injury I've had was a back injury. During a basketball game in 7th grade I went up for a rebound, crashed into a couple people, and was smashed onto the wooden floor. The other team got the ball and ran to the other side of the court, five on four, while I was spread out like

I was able to get up and finish the game but my back felt like shit for months. Sometimes I couldn't sit down. It healed after awhile though. The power of youth I guess. If that happened now I'd be fucked lol.

This is why it sucks to be born towards the start of the 21st century. By 2080 you could take nanomachine/nanobio pills that fix muscles, bones, nerves. Nowadays you have to take pain killers to be able to ignore some or most of the pain or to get high and forget about the pain.
