How I lost weight and remain thin 'til this day:
#1: Avoid “white” starchy carbohydrates. This means all bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and grains.
#2: Eat the same few meals over and over again, especially for breakfast and lunch. I eat a fuck ton of eggs, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots.
#3: Don’t drink calories. Beer, soda, and juice are big no-nos. Exception: 1-2 glasses of dry red wine per night is allowed.
#4: Don’t eat fruit. (Fructose –> glycerol phosphate –> more bodyfat, more or less.) Avocado and tomatoes are fine.
#5: Take one day off per week and pig out on all the delicious junk food you want (a.k.a. Cheat Day). I choose and recommend Saturday.
Also, I was addicted to soda a couple of years ago but once I weened myself off of that an onto seltzer water and finally water I was able to shed pounds rather quickly.
