Lots of things can cause that, most are harmless IE/Not enough fluids before sleep, improper diet, aggravated mild strain, etc.

good to see she's ok, and yeah, babies and sickness make you freak the fuck out. for example, last week I was picking my daughter up and she started screaming nonstop, turns out I pulled her elbow out of joint (apparently a very common thing), and it took all of 10 seconds of bending her arm to fix it up, but I still felt like a monster for the rest of the day
