Any form of speed is worse when it comes to long term usage, a lot more damage is done to your body by using amphetamines, meth, cocaine or crack. Humans aren't meant for overclocking. My brother died by abusing amphetamines and booze, amphetamines made him schizophrenic due to how he guzzled them down and he became completely different person.
Opiate abuse is more dangerous in the short term, but if you recover from addiction I don't think there's any negative long lasting effects.
