That Baconator destroyed my asshole

If you want even more ass destruction try the Bacon King at BK. I tend to stay away from (non Taco Bell) fast food, but whenever I see an ad for a brand new burger I automatically want to try it. It's...not bad. The Baconator is too meaty for me, too much beef which makes it dry. Whereas the Bacon King has a sauce that makes it juicer.

Will eating a Bacon King the day after eating a Baconator kill me?

You shouldn't compare your own experiences with others in a way where you think yours "weren't as bad as theirs". Just because you experienced something you think is "less bad", doesn't mean it can't be traumatizing for you. Not saying you have it, but if you do or don't, it is in no way disrespectful to anyone. This is kinda weird, but I used to sleep sitting up when old things got to my head. For some reason it really worked. Hopefully yours isn't frequent though.

Not a good weekend for my folks. 

My mother beat cancer last year and was told that they found something again this past week.  Thankfully it's super early and they're going to go remove it this week, but she's going to have to go through chemo therapy all over again.   

Then the icing on the shit sundae just happened-- my parents are driving down the highway, when out of nowhere another car rammed into them on the driver's side and sent them spinning down the road.  Amazingly, nobody in either car was hurt from this.  Their (new-ish) car is pretty fucked up and not in driveable condition.  The other party admitted to the cops that their tires were so worn that the car was deemed not safe to drive, yet they were driving anyway.  Fucking morons.  My dad also saw someone from their car get out and take off running down the highway after the accident.  Cops are pretty sure it was probably somebody who had a warrant out for their arrest.

I figured my mother was OK when all she was worrying about was who will take care of the dog tomorrow.

My SO for over a decade is breaking up. In retrospect I'm not surprised nor even that angry because love (or attraction) had definitely withered. Still for my part I was content with the certainties and the warm purring of old couple routine, maybe to a fault really, but she was not anymore since enamoration vacated for good and I can't fault her for that. Biggest hassle will be to organize resettlement to a new lodging for each of us and to close administrative loops. The shorter it takes, the more likely we'll avoid souring what are mostly friendly terms.

Becoming a functioning single unit of a person is a bit frightening but there's no reason I shouldn't be able to do it. I'm trying to take the opportunity to make a run at some job opportunities seeking abroad, it is as good a time as any to consider that.

I have been sitting in an airport, delay after delay, for a few minutes less than twelve hours. I can look at any random person, give them an ocular assessment, and tell you why and how I want to murder them. The water heater started leaking at 11pm. Upon looking at the manual and online, probably the security valve started releasing because the pressure was too high after I had the "good" idea to get heat going before going to sleep. Once pressure went down, it stopped... But I discovered another drop-by-drop under the kitchen sink (at a junction) which probably started around the same moment.

Main faucet won't turn (rusted) so now I have to wait 8am to call a plumber to come gouge me out. May lose a day of work too if not fixed by 2pm.

My bad, been meaning to update this. Met with a neurosurgeon who wasn't too concerned by it.
It's really small and located in my pons, so not worth operating on in his opinion. Surgery would likely do more harm.

Might be worth looking into although this guy seems pretty thorough; he's referring me to a neurologist to address the headaches and also ordered an MRA just to be sure.

Yup, probably another MRI in a year just to monitor it. What led to the MRI was making an appointment with my primary care physician after collapsing in the kitchen.
My vision and hearing went, legs buckled, mom's spaghetti. I was also having blurred vision, eye pain and headaches. All that was enough for my doc to want to order an MRI.
I feel dumb about this, but most of those symptoms are potential side effects of a medication I was taking: armodafinil. Switched to modafinil and all that's stopped for the most part.

Dumb rant:

It's been 2 weeks and I'm still sick. Every time I feel I'm getting better, I get a little better but then worse again. It usually feels a lot worse in the morning after sleeping. Saw a doctor a week ago who gave me medicine against sinusitis, which hasn't helped. Ironically the day after I was there, I completely lost hearing in my right ear. I called my doctor but they've been full, and the one day I was feeling good they had an available spot which I turned down because I thought I was finally getting better again. The right side of my face has been really fucked, especially the sinus next to my nose, and my ear. I couldn't walk up stairs without it hurting. Today the symptoms I've had have been a lot better but I had this insane headache, I couldn't sit or do anything until just now. So however I feel tomorrow morning I'm going to see a doctor, whether it's at the office or the ER. If they just had given me antibiotics last week I'd probably be fine by now. Fucking bullshit. It really sucks because I never get sick, but January has been really rough on me, plus the food poisoning late-December. I think I just really need a good hug or something. #selfpity
