I wonder who has the tapes they collected at Epstein's place.
Epstein was such a moron for keeping his mouth shut.

Where did all those cushions come from? You didn't buy them. You ask her and she just shrugs and thinks maybe they were presents from the parents. You see what's going on here? They're in your house!!!

One of the neighbours said she works or worked with Priti Patel. I'm not even surprised. Still, this is the start of every Brit horror movie. A lone ginger woman moves into a house next door to an unsuspecting couple. They end up tied to stakes in some field while occult weirdos dance around them. It happens all the time.

In a 2004 case, Sibley v. Culliver, a federal district court found that the defendant's invocation of this amendment worked to his detriment. The court took note of documents produced by the defendant, a convicted murderer who submitted documents in support of his appeal claiming that it rendered his conviction invalid:
Quote
These documents allege in great detail a complex conspiracy by an illegal monopoly, the American Bar Association, which resulted in a take-over of the judicial systems of this country, both federal and state, by the ABA and its related entities, including the Alabama State Bar Association and Alabama's Unified Court System. It is then alleged that the ABA-controlled system is illegal and in violation of what is referred to as the "missing Thirteenth Amendment", to the United States Constitution, which stated that any person who accepts a title of nobility forfeits his United States citizenship and which amendment was ratified but subsequently hidden or excised from the law. Since lawyers and judges accept the titles "Esquire"/"The Honorable", it is argued, they are not citizens and the entire judicial system is illegal. Furthermore, these documents contend that the charge of conviction in this case, capital murder of a police officer acting in the line of duty, is unconstitutional because it bestows upon police officers special rights or a special designation of the worth of life in contravention of the "missing Thirteenth Amendment". The documents then explain that these are reasons that Sibley and his wife refused appointed counsel on appeal and refused to pursue matters any further in the court system and that only Congress can give them relief.[24]

The Sibley court dismissed the appeal, concluding in part that the defendant was simply not seeking relief through the courts. Sibley v. Culliver was cited by a court in describing a prison inmate's attempt to use the Titles of Nobility Amendment to claim immunity from jurisdiction:
Quote
Some plaintiffs have relied on what they have called the "true" Thirteenth Amendment to argue that various individuals are not citizens. This version of the Thirteenth Amendment allegedly states that individuals who accept titles of nobility must renounce their United States citizenship. ... The Court interprets Belt's claim of a noble title and another nationality as further indications of his attempt to renounce his citizenship and therefore contest the Government's ability to keep him imprisoned.[25]

In a 2001 decision by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the court rejected a defendant's attempt to use the Titles of Nobility Amendment to deny the trial court's authority to put him on trial:
Quote
[The Defendant] also appears to argue that licensing lawyers violates the original Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution by equating licensure with accepting a title of nobility or honor. The current Thirteenth Amendment does not resemble the one Casteel cites, nor is he correct that a lawyer's license to practice is granted by a foreign power.[26]
Kinda sounds like what a conspiracy granted their licenses by foreign powers would claim... :kermit

...

It's funny how unclarified inclusions in some texts became the basis of this belief and how the amendment itself just fizzled out from lack of interest at the time, before the far more significant thirteenth amendment proper was accepted.

Quote
In the game Civilization the end-game goal is to get the human race off of Earth to ensure the species survival. The quickest way to trigger that endgame is for yourself to develop nuclear weapons and nuke one’s neighbors instead of waiting for that to happen elsewhere. Generally, the NPCs do not nuke others back into the Stone Age because it marks the board up as radioactive, just like what is currently happening in real life, so Elon, Peter Thiel and Jeff Giesea have instead been undermining democracy using criminals like Remi Barrette, Susan Portnoy and others to manipulate the populace hoping to push civilization into a free fall, get wars started and see what happens.

Ultimately, Thiel and Musk’s goal is to play Civilization in the real world by getting people to Mars. That is why he would give Ukraine tools needed to reach a stalemate with Russia, Starlink access, then take it away when Putin was under maximum pressure to do something nuclear by his war hawks. If Putin does nuke, based on the game, Musk would then be given enormous fiscal incentives to get people off the planet as rapidly as possible.

This all seems a bit nuts, yet here we are a day after the Billionaire celebrated Hitler’s birthday with a blown up rocket launch, the take away of legacy checkmarks to increase disinformation spread and Musk’s grand plan laid out as an entire crazy plan.

Note: QAnon is a fifth column building radicalization program that culminated with the attack on January 6th. It is part of the MAGA3x program Mike Flynn directs attempting to create conditions leading to a Civil War, strongly suggested to be funded primarily by Peter Thiel. While Yonder did not create QAnon, they provide support and amplification effects, a controlled opposition of inauthentic research and reporter assets that protect the underlying mission, individuals involved, and factual evidence from exposure. They essentially, protect the desired narratives.

Mid-Year to December, Louise Mensch and Richie Guinn (counterchekist) successfully influence people to sign up for an App that automates blocking millions of people under false pretenses, dividing the left. Yoel Roth, who is second in line to head Twitter Safety, does nothing to prevent this platform manipulation and abuse.
Quote
November ?? Yoel Roth promoted internally to Head of Twitter Safety
Quote
November 26, Louise Mensch’s Team Patriot deletes the Blocklist after successfully traumatizing millions. Yoel Roth, head of Twitter Safety, does nothing despite this clearly being massive platform manipulation with the primary culprits identified when the PsyOp ends.
Quote
January 6, US Capitol Insurrection happens as fifth column operation, yet fails to cause Civil War, ending the active phase of the QAnon operation.
Quote
February 24, Russia Invades Ukraine. Louise Mensch shortly after begins her Azov battalion Op, supportive of Vladimir Putin’s denazification propaganda, with the caveat of having plausible deniability when questioned about it.
Quote
April-June, Susan Portnoy conducts Men-Too Op attacking Amber Heard, Elon Musk’s estranged ex-girlfriend during the Depp-Heard trail.
Quote
May 19th, Using James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas, A Company in part funded by Peter Thiel, Elon Musk attempts to crash Twitter’s stock value via a series of catfish videos of drunk Twitter engineers on dates.
Quote
August 29, Philippine fugitive suicide trolling pioneer GamerGate founder Fred Brennan is permanently banned for 6 hours, restored once US Twitter Safety was awake.
Quote
October 28, Elon closes Twitter acquisition deal. Susan Portnoy, Matt Donovan and others, conduct Twitter Safety Influence Op, mass reporting mostly Bot accounts using racist slurs AFTER Twitter had removed moderation tools for 99% of all staff. Accounts are promptly banned, likely by Remi Barrette who maintains an active Twitter Console. Most individuals were receiving automated rejection notices for reports at the same time.

The problem with that theory is that they were already doing the progressive stack at Occupy. And standpoint epistemology was older, it's what Sokal (and as Himu has recently shared) Paglia were criticizing in the 1990's.

There’s a Colbert (pre-…NBC?) segment on Occupy Wall Street that made the rounds back then. Interviewing two protestors, one calling themselves Ketchup. At some point it veered into the non-binary thing, female bodies and whatever, and Colbert just shat on them and the whole concept. It was a different time.

I noticed recently just how much of this stuff is purged from the internet. Shows missing episodes, clips removed, YouTube channels emptied out etc. .

What I found interesting recently is how old videos are subtly edited.

During the writers strike of 2008, Conan had a segment interviewing his employee Jordan. Watched it periodically over the years. Always the full segment. Going to watch it now, they edited out a joke. Cuts out Conan saying “those bitches had to die.” ???

Yippee Kie Yay Mr Falcon type edits of real people on a late night talk show is really weird.

Possibly in the same remote he also made some gay and/or rape jokes towards Jordan that got disappeared in new uploads.

I don’t have any problem with standards of decency changing with the times, but I REALLY fucking hate censorship. It’s what kept me from doing rewatches of stuff like 30 Rock and Community since they censored/removed some episodes and I don’t wanna resort to pirating or getting old physical media.

Just put a disclaimer you fucking cunts. I despise these attempts at rewriting history purely for image purposes rather than any actual principled stance.

we can see how even recent events/history can be rewritten/edited. one can only imagine how much got changed in earlier times and we look back on things as if distant history is set in stone, but really none of it is. not when we can see what's being changed around here and now.

stories about the past may be just as fabricated as stories about the future. mostly we can only know for certain that which we ourselves experienced. outside of that we rely completely on others and mostly what they know is what they were told.

our information is all types of fucked, we fool ourselves believing otherwise.

Just because something happened doesn't mean marginalized people shouldn't be able to be safe from having to experience emotions about it while enjoying partaking in history. History should be available to all without anyone having to feel excluded.

I’m rewatching community now and got so confused when a character shows up in the season 2 finale who gets introduced during the DnD episode that they removed. At least tell me there’s a skipped episode so I can find it on my own.

Quote
On April 28, as the ships traversed the ocean at flank speed, a prisoner now identified as Chinese Canadian actor Simu Liu, best known for portraying Shang-Chi in the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, began hollering that a detainee in an adjacent cell had spasmed, shit himself, and collapsed to the floor. That person was Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency David Cohen, who, we now know, was arrested in April on treason charges for plotting to assassinate President Donald J. Trump.

Quote
The SEAL leader reportedly pointed at Cohen, Liu, and a prisoner whose name RRN was not given, saying the third man would bear witness. They were taken aft to the flush deck at gunpoint, where the SEALs pushed Cohen and Liu overboard.

Quote
“Liu was a Chinese spy for China who was intrinsically linked to secret Chinese police stations in the United States,” he said. He enunciated the word “China” as does President Trump. “When necessary, justice takes many forms. Being the second top guy in the CIA, Cohen didn’t have much intelligence.”

I guess Shang Chi 2 is cancelled, rip

Why the assumption that current elites added a thousand years rather than past elites erased a thousand years from the photo?

I've never understood the logic of the theories that people in the past were more advanced and accurate, if they were so advanced why they'd die young like losers instead of creating Disney+?

Plus the whole conspiracy about added history is easily refuted by the science of Venus being ejected from Jupiter.
