I kinda agree with A_I_A here. You don't order or try to get food from a place at the literal last minute. I probably wouldn't have wrote that down if I was the pizza delivery guy but I don't see it as much of an issue anyway. The nurses trying to start a hashtag campaign out of this is complete bullshit even if their intent when ordering wasn't malicious. Some things you let go because why the fuck get mad at that? You got your food and now you know that they don't appreciate late orders so you can order earlier next time.

From what my son said when he did his stint at Marco's pizza is that the oven takes a long time to cool down and be cleaned so somebody ordering a pizza at 10:58 adds 30 minutes to the job at the very least.

But that does raise the concern of "why do you think you're entitled to shut off the oven before closing time?" as I asked my son. So take it for what it's worth.
