It's amazing how many people in that thread thought the ACLU was some super left wing organization that only did things for liberals. I realize a lot of posters are young and uninformed on GAF, but god damn, how uninformed do you have to be to not know the ACLU defends everyone's rights regardless of political leanings? That's their whole point of existence.

But they also seem to not know that non-Americans also have the right to free speech, that he's just one of multiple plaintiffs in this case, and the ACLU has defended people far worse than that dangerous fakkit.

No no, it's not that they're simply uninformed it's that's not what they want the ACLU to be, they think Skokie was a black (problematic, please reword) mark on American legal history.
