I don't really like what I saw of Zelda in the trailer. Just whining and crying. Hopefully in the game she's not too much like to overly emotional anime character the trailer showed.
I'm not too worried.  It's a trailer, using emotional scenes for maximum impact isn't that strange.

I'm hoping she ends up a badass.  Dumbasses on GAF are way to quick to jump to conclusions.

So, quick note on L.L. Bean. They're a Maine-based company that has been a lifeblood to a rural state that has seen factory job after factory job leave the state. It's also one of the few states Hillary took. So, once again, we see the utter disdain for human beings these people who are #UselessBoycotting all because of Tweet from a man whose word they never otherwise take at face value.

This is where the super liberal/other human disconnect happens. Do you think for a second any of the thousands of people employed in the state give two shits about who was giving money to whom? Or do you think they care about their jobs? So, they see one side saying (for whatever reason) "Support an American company" and another side saying "Boycott an American company."

But naw, these people don't have to deal with the real-world ramifications of their shitty actions, so not only do they support it, they gloat about it as if they truly believe they're good people and not enormous piles of shit.

Also, I'm getting a Switch at launch, but it's being provided by my company. What percentage of a mark does that make me?

It's a common fundamentalist trick to demonize those you don't agree with through peer pressure.

If you think 'X' then you must think like 'Y'. With 'Y' always being some kind of terrible group (-ism) you never want to be associated with.

If someone mentions welfare reform, then it's 'code' for racism. If someone mentions helping others (through government) it's 'code' for marxism.

The new Wii has 32GB is storage.  ???

I'm constantly deleting games on my PS4's 500GB hdd to make space for new ones. I know it's Nintendo and I should expect no less but 32GB in 2017 is just stupid. Oh well, I like Nintendo better these days as a smartphone developer anyways.  :)

You're not going to get a hard drive in a tablet. All current iPad models start at 32 GB, and that's without expandable storage.

I imagine that in lieu of redesigns and other form factors, future Switch SKUs will increase the storage count.

The pos system doesn't even have native voice chat(probably because it would make the crappy battery squirm). You really expect Nintendo to make a console with actual modern features? 32 gigs is hilarious. Even more so when they pull their "well we don't think this niche Japanese game will be worth a retail release" bs. Have fun buying several micro ad cards just to keep up with dlc.

Fun fact: The DS (2004) was built with a microphone slot for voice chat. Wii Speak is also a decade old at this point, and was supported by 1, maybe 2 games

Nintendo and voice chat have such a long, ridiculous history that when Matt Casa was still at IGN they renamed their Nintendo podcast "Nintendo Voice Chat" (which has endured to this day.)

:neogaf

I'm sure an actual developer will chime in, but: No, dear, those network functions don't take up 80% of the system resources that you (and Nintendo) believe they do. If they did, applications like TeamSpeak, Discord, Skype, et. al. wouldn't be used on PC as third-party party-chat options.
