I'm trying to stay optimistic here but this doesn't look great. Looks more mindless than the past games, while I wouldn't pretend the NMH series is know for deep gameplay it had a lot of clever usage to motion controls IMO and utilized what it had very well. This just looks like a sub standard Furi with Travis as the only real link to the series.

Hope a real NMH3 happens at some point.

I think GHM forgot why Killer7 or the first NMH were good, and have just been making quirky games for the meme potential.

SotD was supposed to be a horror game, but then EA bailed out and wanted memes. I actually remember my disappointment by the gameplay reveal, because prior it was announced as a horror project by Mikami and Suda. I then never bought it.

Yeah the original concept was cool and it sucks that nothing came out of it. But what we got is the best out of the "meme" Suda games. Aside from "BIG BONER" and the weird 2D sections I recommend it. It's a good RE4 clone.

I'm not at all a fan of the MM11 art style but the controls are nice and tight, everything just feels right and reminiscent of the 2D MM games. Glad they brought back the slide, something sorely missed in 9 and 10, but I think I can do without the bullet time stuff. Definitely seems promising.

I liked Civ Rev.  It was a more relaxing change of pace compared to mainline Civ.  I'd rather have Civ Rev 3 on Switch over Civ 6.

Are does not seem to be aware that you can back up your switch by just copying the sd card to a hdd.

Also I know its 3rd party but why is nintendo even allowing this...

I suspect being on a Nintendo platform is likely instantly killing a western release. I've at least never seen any "naughty" game on a nintendo platform that was as naughty as games on Sony platforms. (Senran Kagura Reflexions is not as naught as other games have been on Sony platforms).

Oh well, as bad as the Switch is, it's at least region free so I can import it, like I did with OLZ. Just need to learn the language before I play them. xD

Honestly I'm going to buy a switch for this game. There's a couple others but this makes the decision a bit quicker.

Considering the they're cartoons, honestly I'd say so. Although it's less of a problem of people being prudish and more of a concern over the effects of such content and what the people who play it are like.

I really think people assuming the worst about such content don't really understand the people who like this sort of cartoon fanservice and unfairly stigmatize it. Though I'm not sure what can be done about that; it's incredibly hard to get people to not want to assume the worst considering it's for the sake of protecting children.

I think it's safe to say only degenerates and monsters like this sort of content

Nintendo seems generally fine with whatever on their platforms these days so long as the AO rating isn't hit, they just frequently alter stuff they publish internationally themselves.

IIRC Omega Labrynth never got released because multiple countries' rating boards refused classification, not because Sony didn't want to publish it. 

That happened too, but PQube was still going to publish it in the US and Europe until they announced that it was being scrapped at the request of the platform holder.
