Who cares if it's Qatari funded, Al-Jazeera English is as reputable if not more so than pretty much most other news outlet including trash like BBC. That's Al-Jazeera Arabic, Al-Jazeera international took the same pro-rebel stance as all the other western media outlet. RT is more comparable to VOA where it's a tool of the state to promote their foreign policy agenda, whereas Qatar is too insignificant for Al-Jazeera to bother doing propaganda for outside of their Arabic channels.

Manafort had faced up to 24 years in prison under federal sentencing guidelines, but U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis called that calculation “excessive” and sentenced him instead to 47 months.
