RE has numerous members constantly advocating for "naming and shaming" and mob justice, with RedMercury even advocating for mob justice explicitly using the term "mob justice" as a positive thing. They as a community have encouraged and fostered a culture that's a tip-toe away from what most people consider doxxing. So when an admin goes and doxxes someone without repercussion and the community celebrates the outcome of said doxxing (see the latest thread), it's safe to say it's a doxxing community, even if they don't allow normal users to regularly step over that line they're constantly kissing.

Trying to figure out who runs a company's twitter account is grey area to me.

The fact the dude's father got a phone call is another story; that's doxxing for sure.
