I edited my post but anyways. You're moronic on another level that i normally don't deal with on a day to day, so bear with me.
I apologize that i have to go step by step to get your brain to understand: He's a 16 year old kid, any racial or political ideology or dogma he may have has not fully formed, he's confused, he's not sure, he's a FUCKING TEENAGER.
Facing an incident like this will most likely not cause him to rethink his ways and say "yeah i'm an asshole, maybe trump is an asshole, i shouldn't wear this hat, my black brotha was right to throw a drink in my face"
But maybe i'm wrong, i'm not a psychologist after all, and since you don't believe in the value of lived experiences then.... i refer you to Jordan Peterson.
I actually did point it out. And unlike you i don't put weight in forum wars, winning here doesn't mean anything. I know you feel good about yourself having boredfrom back you up in your idiocy but once the computer goes off you still have to contend with yourself IRL bucko.
You confuse disavowing anecdotal experience whole cloth with disavowing anecdotal evidence when it fails to show out at the end of an empirical analysis. Furthermore you confuse laughing at you for your propensity to lean on the former even when the later ends up showing your experience to be an incorrect barometer of the existence of a larger trend. Which along with dumb hot takes is typically what gets you looking like an idiot when you drop into political or social science discussions.
As already pointed out, it's the implication that it would somehow be some black dude's fault for "creating a racist" for confronting him like an idiot over his political views, let alone if the kid was already racist.
Surprisingly enough I actually do think there is pretty good evidence that in the moment of hostile confrontation it is unlikely to influence a person in any way, fight or flight tends to kick in and that isn't really a process conducive for influencing a shift in a person's belief system. But that is a pretty big fucking leap to take "black guy confronts maybe racist 16 year old over his political views through Fanta tossing" to, "it's now the black guy's fault for maybe creating a racist."
