they're really struggling to figure ways that Kavanaugh was the worst possible pick of the short list rather than potentially the least bad of terrible options, every example they bring up, either Democrats/progressives are pointing out are fairly widely held legal opinions, like whether the President can be indicted while in office, whether the CFPB was placed beyond oversight powers, etc. or that other potential nominees had the worse or same positions on things like how he even calls Roe settled precedent and found the ACA to be constitutional, etc. and the one woman, the same exact posters were freaking out about being part of a LITERAL HANDMAIDENS TALE CULT just last week
