The thing that got me warned was a non-serious joke about paying some other 16 year old to beat the kid up.  The rest of my posts in that thread are me defending the kid from being assaulted and talking about my own experience as a minority faced with hateful words and never retaliating physically because that's what I see as the right thing to do.

What happened to you was starting to happen to me. Where I’d walk into a thread and try to be a voice of reason but just get shouted out by the same few posters ganging up on me. Just stopped posting altogether and it’s been a good decision so far.

Yeah, I could easily make an alt but I honestly just want to be done with forums in general at this point.  Shit's been a total poison on my life for nearly a decade and with barely anything to show for it.  Yeah, it was nice to talk with people about specialized shit that no one irl knows about, but I didn't actually need that to enjoy stuff before I started posting on forums, and I was much happier back then before I realized these human caricatures were so damn prevalent.

There's no real push aside from tacky "men can get pregnant too" headlines for transmen to be integrated into traditionally masculine culture. They typically just maintain their predominantly female or generically queer friend groups while transwomen are much more aggressive about adopting the female label and inserting themselves into feminine culture.
