Excel has been banging on the "everyone that doesn't agree with me is toxic" drum literally for years now. Even when she was strictly in the wrestling thread on GAF, she headed up the charge to "rid" the community of all the "toxic" members that were ruining it. And then when those posters got banned or stop posting, she'd still complain about them (including me, years after I was banned) ruining the community. And then once all those people were long gone and the community was exactly the same, she'd find a new batch of people she deemed toxic and try to run them out as well.

No matter how many people she'd run off or get banned, every few months she'd be making the same complaints about toxicity and unwelcoming community.
