I think allowing young kids to vote on something important but not necessarily political could change this type of thing. Have kids vote on the color of the year or something like that. Get them into the habit. Make a few age ranges with an increase in importance. I could see them not caring as much in the beginning but towards the later years feel much more passionate about their vote and power to change. This could help teach how important voting is for country and future if they begin taking part in it first hand.I'm talking on a state and national level, same day, pol location, everything. Make them feel part of the adult table, they just order off the kids menu. And yes... I'm a bit elevated right now.
