This tweet doesn't seem that bad.
The Arena Net ones were much more vitriolic (and frankly, uncalled for, in context), and there were multiple of them, which made it seem like an embarrassing tirade, too.

I am all for Gunn taking over the DCEU with Jenkins and Wan and making that universe as good as the MCU which is the exact middle finger that Iger and Horn deserve, but I need him to go back and finish his trilogy, and I still think it's very much possible. Alan Horn is going out, the merging with Fox is ending and I honestly think that Gunn might as well do it, not because of Disney, but because of the cast and the fans. I'm still hopeful.
