I don't see how you can compare a charge move you have to input to Laura's costumes but ok.
A charge move that makes Chun-Li stick her ass out? You're telling me that isn't sexualized?
SF2 Turbo Chun-Li Kikoken versus SSF2 Chun-Li Kikoken:

I didn't say it wasn't sexualized. It is. but it's also 2 seconds. Comparing 3 frames to an entire costume that's always visible is a bad comparison. In the past, SF would treat fan service as neat little extras. In order to see Chun Li's booty pop you gotta input a charge. Hence why I said,"fan service in old SF's was not as in your face or blatant." By comparison, Laura is sexualized out the get go, especially her alt costumes. That'd be fine if it were just Laura. But it's not. SFV is an extremely pandering game, much more so in the past.
Laura, for instance, only has one costume where she wears gi pants despite being a martial artist. Every female character has a swimsuit costume, DOA style. The boys don't. Hmmm.

Again, not saying her kikoken move isn't sexualized but comparing a two second move to...well, this?

says it all. This is without mentioning the way they move. The breast physics, and - in some cases, like Menat - sexual walking animation just doesn't compare to what was in the old 2d games. For me, it's similar to how in MK, the 2d games the violence was comical, but now it looks flat out disgusting. I won't call the sexual content in SFV disgusting but it has risen to a point where I find less enjoyment playing Street Fighter because of it. Even SFIV, which is also 3d, was pretty bearable and more in line with the 2d games to me.
SF was never Vampire. I don't see why or how this is hard to understand.
