I still really like Kohima. His writing is bad, but it’s bad in a way I like. I’m ignoring everything Death Stranding until it comes out. One game I don’t want to know too much about before it comes out.

It’s becoming increasingly apparent that Sony First Party now has a formula for their games based around Last Of Us. LOU2 looks well-executed but very boring. Truthfully, I just don’t like Sony first party games that much... even though I do play most of them.

I’m tentatively excited for Spider-Man, but that trailer looked like it was 80% QTE. Do you
Actually “play” that game or do you watch it?

Out of everyThing so far, games of the show are Fist of the North Star, DMCV for existing, and Babylon Falls for being a new Playinum game.

Edit: Nintendo could win E3, but they could also have a conference with a 10 second sizzle reel of Metroid Prime 4, and 45 minutes of people from the treehouse playing Smash Bros U. You never can tell with them.

Almost all conferences were shit because MS sucked up the majority of the announcements, but the MS conference was for everyone, so it's still a good E3

2019 will be crazy.

Most AAA games are looking good. It's just that Halo was a whole lot of nothing. Gears just looked to be more Gears after the meh 4. Just this time with a topical female lead. And Last of Us looks to be the same in a generation where Sony's games are all riffing on Naughty Dog's shtick. 3 games that didn't have exciting showings to me dosent take away from the idea that AAA as a whole is doing grea

As for Death Stranding. I've grown tired of it's nonsensical trailers that just seem to be Kojima jerking himself off to how weird he can be. But I still can't help but to want to know what it's all about.

It looks like a port-up with characters brought back from the older games. Kind of deflates the hype for me a bit, although it looks like they are changing up certain characters' play styles.
