Well, it is in the sense that everyone there are closet perverts that cannot admit it regardless of side.

There's like 5 different fetishes in the design at a glance. Zettai ryōiki, thigh gap, short shorts, cleavage cut shirt, the socks/pants are so tight they squish the thighs. She's also got the "cute girl does cute things" bubbly personality from so many slice-of-life moe anime.

I'm sure there's a few things I'm missing. The design has gone out of it's way to encourage sexualization and fan-art without just being in underwear. I literally got an erotic photo as a "customers also viewed" suggestion when looking at the game on Amazon
