I was listening to the Tinder podcast some time earlier this year. There was some guy who I think was a PoC. He was meeting up with some white girl. During their conversation she asks what was the last thing that made him cry. His answer was something like some movie or whatever. Her answer was some kind of racial situation she had read about or some such. The Tinder people were talking with the dude later and he was all, "like damn a question like that on a first date? I want to have a good time and she gives an answer like that? Like we can talk about race and topics like that, but her answer seemed like she was trying to prove how woke she was..."
That's who Joe reminds me of. The try hard who needs to be incredibly obvious about the fact he isn't racist.
