Under what kind of circumstances would someone spend almost 15 years developing knowledge and a skillset only to totally abandon them?

Interesting. If I read that correctly, doesn't that go very much against the conventional wisdom that men are more picky in terms of attractiveness? Or maybe that wasn't ever conventional wisdom at all, just some stupid shit on the Internet.

Dunno why they’re pontificating on the causes/mindsets of these sexless men when they can, based on previous threads on the subject, just ask the forum.

Or themselves.

Jesus that thread is going right to 11.

Mussolini's "execution"

Why the quotes ?

Quote
Jim Carrey is not really new at this sort of satire

Is it even satire ? Seems to be a pretty figurative and straightforward statement.

Not to defend the sanctity of Benito, but call a spade a spade, OP.

But wait, Jim Carrey is probably a children killer. And too on the nose for Era.

Quote
I wonder if these comics are a way to make up for the children he’s probably killed and/or put at risk with his past anti-Vaxxer bullshit? I find his art style and lack of subtlety a bit “high school,” myself.

marrec, unsurprisingly, jumps at the rescue of a fascist :

Quote from: marrec
Fuck fascism and all but we really gunna slut shame instead of explaining their political stance? Like, isn’t her embracing of Benito’s nationalism more concerning than the fact that you saw her nipples once?

:cmonson The whole thread is basically a bunch of guys high fiving each other for insulting her and at the idea of defiling the corpses of fascists (with no one aware that this sort of bloodlust may be fact of matter right after a traumatic war but looks unhinged in any other context). Of course they'll slut shame her. It's never about the principle, always about if you're an acceptable target.

I still think the idea of getting into anybody's car, taxi or not is a weird idea. The only thing stopping them from killing or kidnapping you is that you're a registered pickup right? I mean what if they just say you never showed? If they were planning this in advance they could come up with a plan to avert suspicion if they are questioned and then they take someone either as a slave situation or to satiate their sick desire to kill another human. I know it's unlikely but it's possible right? Getting into a stranger's card just seems dangerous to me.

 :joker :whatsthedeal

The thread is :what too. Uber gives you the model of the car, the plate number, the name and photo of the driver, shows you on a map where the car is. I would be more concerned with the working conditions or the lack of regulation / screening of Uber drivers than finding impossible perfect solutions to have people never mistake another car for their ride.

Also it's pretty wild that any of Mussolini's line is still in Italian politics.

Not sure why. I mean he was a fascist, sure: Doesn't mean his grandchildren/legacy are.

I'd say the same thing about Hitler's children.

I dunno, if Hitler was your uncle, maybe find a different avenue than politics, ya know?

*shrug* What I'm getting at is that one person's terrible actions doesn't mean their children's actions are going to copy them.

Genetics no, prone to dynasties probably. It's not exclusive to far right parties but looking at the Le Pen in France you have an example of a party run as a family business. It's pretty clear she's riding on her name recognition. She started in politics with parties that are unambiguously neo fascist / far right and her "respectable" current affiliation is Forza Italia, Berlusconi's creation... So I don't doubt she has some terrible opinions or that she could be classified far right.

He was writing about how gender and sexual power dynamics within our society are messed up in the 70's and wrote that rape fantasies were an example of those internalized unbalanced and toxic relationships between men and women. When you just say "didn't he write rape fantasies?" as if someone found scrawled pages in his cum-crusted journal, you're either ignorant or you know exactly what you're doing by the omission of context.

Young men don't know how to treat women. I am approaching 40 and have dated quite a few women from Tinder who are in their 20s.

I am 5'4"

Here are some tips:

If she looks like a model, swipe left. She is only seeking validation.

If her pictures are of her at a party, holding a drink, surrounded by friends, swipe left. She doesn't know what the fuck she wants in life and she will choose a man to impress her friends.

If she has pictures of constant travel, swipe left. She is too high maintenance and probably obsessed with her own experience.

Look for women who do not look like models and show pictures of themselves in comfortable attire. This means she is down to earth, wants someone that makes her comfortable, and doesn't give a shit what other people think. More often than not, these women are single mothers who have enough experience in life to understand what is really important. They understand loneliness and have realistic expectations - most likely she is getting out of a piece of shit relationship and just wants something normal.

What a champion

Quote
It's crumbling down all over the world because people are super racist and the racism stands in the way of basically everything else. The generational gears have lost the Holocaust from collective memory and it's a big ass problem. You fight the nazis, alt-right, etc. and you get progress, because the racism holds back economic progress, not vice versa.

The problem is not Bernie's policies, it is Bernie. I would love a Warren presidency, I just don't trust her to run a campaign. If you replaced Bernie's brain with a copy of AOC's, I'd consider voting for him! But unfortunately, it's just Bernie, a guy who only ever has simple answers for incredibly complex problems.

When someone only complains about "Imperialism" when it comes from America, but is unwilling to hold other nations (normally China/Russia) to those same standards and acknowledge bad behavior on their end (election manipulation, annexing countries by force, etc.) generally they're myopic and focused on the US as the source of all evil and/or they're straight up tankies upset that the US opposed those other world powers and didn't let them steamroll other nations.

Being drunk is not an excuse for anything. You get the license plate, just match it or wave/contact the driver if unsure.

Yikes

The amount of people that haven't used Lyft or Uber is eye raising.

I guess when Mom delivers tendies there's no need to go out.

Lyft and Uber aren't available in many smaller cities, and plenty of big cities won't allow either as well. It's not weird at all for people not living in big metros to have never used Lyft or Uber.

They're all over my city, but I've never had the need to use them before.

Going to try Uber for the first time next week- we're going on vacation and were told it's way cheaper to get an Uber from the airport to the hotel.

One of the things she wanted years ago was a girlfriend - she is bisexual - so I got her a couple of those, even a boyfriend when she wanted one,. all with my consent - hence no cheating.

Uber and Lyft are still a U.S./North America thing. They're having a tough time scaling up to other countries. Also making a fucking profit and show that they can actually make this a running business. It's one thing to sell something on 'potential profit', but both companies can't prove they can ever run a profit, so I can't understand what exactly investors or wall street see that value them so highly.

And autonomous driving isn't it. Once that actually happens, the actual tech companies and auto companies are going to keep that business for themselves, uber and lyft aren't going to see that business at all unless they get acquired for pennies on the dollar.

What a surprise. A forum full of sex negative prudes that's addicted to outrage culture houses a lot of creepy fucks. ResetERA have been engaging in projection every time they accuse others of being incels  :lol

Makes you think how many Amir0X's, Tyler's, and Opiate's are running around on Reee. We know at least one mod takes bestiality bashing seriously.

Personally i'll never understand why any woman would risk having a kid when there's always a chance you'll get fucked over by postpartum depression. I feel like a lot of women go into pregnancy without being adequately informed of the risks.
