A double damn fucking shame when you consider that this game (Fantasy Strike) is ironically forming you and easing you in fighting game truisms , by ironically havinng the gal to challenge aforementioned mechanical truisms through creating a more streamlined mechanical paradigm that ironically gives you a better footing to approach more "serious buisness" 2D fighting games ...

Sooo being more mechanically accessible to lower the barrier of entry in the whole genre altogehter yes ... but being sensible character design wise ? Naaaahh

And that's just for Jaina ... don't get me started with Valerie and then the compare and contrast with Setsuki ...

Okay Jaina is using mongolian style composite bow.
-Which mean that the bowing string is developping at least 60 joules of force once released , so that string swing back in rest position at approximately 85 km/h
Wearing cleavage revealing top with string speeds of that magnitude = your boobs are gonna get a truck load of deeeeeeppp cuts like hemorrhagic deep cuts.
Like for real "hell to the fucking no" .
-Then the breast plate to protect the breast on the side of the bow holding arm not being on the right boob once in player 2 position .
-The gloves now , again sorry not sorry but with mongolian style bow your entire forearm is at risk of getting cut by the string so your bowing gloves should always be elbow height length on the holding arm ... (and that's if we only plan to talk about the holding arm wrong design decision because the bowing arm glove is equally as stupid with a mongolian style bow )

And I could continue for hours ...

I didn't screenshot all of the animations that reveal problematic design choices with her ...
But my god is it atrocious. And what's even worse is that it's being atrocious while trying to pass for sensible desing because for once at least bowing protective gear IS on display.
So on the one hand you want to congratulate them for putting sports protective apparel on their character designs , and yet at the same time you wanna slap em for getting it so wrong ...
Almost as if the effort was only half hearted ...

And like I said Valerie is even worse in that regard...

For the bowing hand glove ironically she should be wearing that kind of glove
(again Mongolian Style Composite bows are weird beasts that requires one hell of a protective setup )
 

So even the gloves are wrong because the holding arm is showing skin while it should be entirely covered , while on the other hand the bowing arm and hand are overly covered because you do want your finger tips in contact with the string given the kind of pull you have to muster on those babies , and you do want your bowing arm to be naked as hell because on your bowing arm for your own safety you do want to feel the wind on that arm because it informs you of the intial sway your arrow is gonna receive , so having your arm naked is allowing to take notice of wind sway to not realease your string when the wind is too strong for it to be safe to shoot your arrow ....

Like ouch my head hurt just because I have to say all these out loud ...

I know that the glove setup for mongolian style bows is weird but it exist for a reason the archer's safety

So TLDR : Jaina should be wearing this on the holding arm
 

and be fully unsleeved while wearing the bowing glove i showed you on the bowing arm

We all know why they did it they wanted to "show some skin" but here they have no excuse for getting it wrong because with their choice of bow for Jaina they had a perfect excuse to have an entire arm to be naked ...

That would be cool if an alternate was gear accurate indeed .
Because yes she is a feisty woman , but Master Yomi is a very loving adoptive father from what we see so far , and I can't imagine him letting her train without proper gear.
Maybe I'm porjecting too much but really he does seem like a very nurturing adoptive father sooo why letting his daughter train unprotected .
(sorry to be stubborn about this one but they called for that criticism by making Master Yomi looks like a tender father )

You didn't so much touched a nerve than make me want to mention that although the conversation I'm alluding to CAN and SHOULD in part at least take place in this very thread because some of its aspects pertain to representation of women and their sexuality too in video games .... on the other hand my fighter-sexuality is something I'm still not comfortable with at the age of 35 and I know many a woman who don't have a happy sexual side of being on the mat and aren't comfortable talking about it with strangers at ages even higher than me.
Yet video games could and should touch on that very subject and fighting games given that they are these days having story modes where they elaborate on the fighter lives of all those fighters always give a hard pass to touching that topic and yet I feel that gamer parents of kids who practice martial arts could stand to benefit to hear about the long term effects martial arts have on your sexuality and how teenager years are a nightmare for ALL OF US ...

TL:DR Martial Artists men and women often have the convseration about fighter sexuality , but not all of us are comfy having that conversation with non martial artist folk , and I won't have it and "drop that bomb" on yalls if I'm the only one shouldering the convo . Until fellow marital artist (especially women) shows up here this convo will stay a rapid pitch on my part on how much this is a subject that fighting games COULD and SHOULD give some thought about ...

My suppose cast list if One Piece were to ever get a Fighterz treatment from Arcsys. A lot might be missing but then again One Piece has over 800 named characters some that are very popular or just a must for fighting games that arn't in the base roster or even the first round of DLC like Enel, Mihawk and or Kuma.

Would like to hear other characters so don't feel discourage, hell I would like to see other threads for other manga and anime that could be fighters like My Hero, JoJo or Soma ()

Monkey D. Luffy:
 
The main character of the entire series, who's dream is to find the One Piece to become the Pirate King and is one of the most recognizable character in manga or anime. Owner of the Gomu Gomu no Mi (Gum-Gum) Devil Fruit that gives the user's body the properties of rubber (yes including what your thinking).

Archetype: Stronger Dhalsim Zoner (though no fireballs, really stretch limbs)

Luffy super moves should all be Gear 4 related, since this is Luffy at his strongest after all, so the moves should be.

Super Moves:
LV.1 Leo Bazooka:
Retracting both of his fists into his arms, Luffy "fires" them at his opponent with a double open-palm strike.
 

LV.2 King Cobra: Luffy switches to Gear 4: Snakeman, then he compress his arm and launches it at his opponent but it doesn't hit his opponent it misses at first, it does a loop around the opponent increasing in mass and speed before finally striking the opponent.

LV.3 King Kong Gun: After Luffy compresses his fist, he blows a large amount of air into his arm, drastically increasing its size, then unleashes it for a devastating blow, used to defeat Doflamingo in a single blow (anime made it seem like Luffy struggle a bit, he didn't)

King Kong Gun, can not only be his ultimate, but also be used as his dynamic Finish when he defeats Dofla.
 

Assist:
Red Hawk: He then stretches it back, his arm ignites, releasing a stream of fire. When the attack hits, it creates a fiery explosion even underwater and deals damage. The attack pays tribute to older bro Ace move, Hiken (Fire Fist).
 

Taunts:
 
For Luffy, I would say get him into the stance he uses when he goes into gear 2 with the pinkish skin and the steam coming off him as he looks at his opponent.

Super Moves:

LV.1 Shishi Sonson (One Sword/Blade Style Re-sheath: Lion's Song): Placing the sheathed sword upright and listening to the "breath" of his opponent, the attacker rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and resheathes their sword.
 

LV.2 Great Three Thousand Great Thousand Worlds: Zoro holds 2 of his swords at an angle against each other and rotates them rapidly while running towards his opponent to create momentum; he then slices up the foe with full speed and power
 

Assist:
Hyakuhachi Pound Ho (108 Pound Phoenix/Cannon): Holding his two swords horizontally above the shoulder and the other in his mouth in the same direction, and then performs a circular swing that launches three air compressed projectiles spiraling towards the target instead of one or two, tripling the power of the technique, the air compressed projectiles.

 I couldn't think of something better for Zoro then for him to put on/take off his bandanna for his taunt.

Cat Burglar Nami is the navigator for the crew. Attacks with her Clima-Tact to manipulate the weather of her surroundings, also known as the "Art of Weather" or Weather Witch. One of the most popular female character in anime and manga.

Archetypes: Zoner (has plenty of projectile opportunities)

Super Moves:
LV.1 Gust Sword: Nami points one of the three segments of the Clima-Tact at an enemy. A small bubble forms at the tip facing the opponent which then bursts and shoots a gust of pressurzed air at an enemy at high speed.
 

LV.2 Storm Cloud Rod: Nami makes a long chain of dark clouds come out of her Clima-Tact. She then swings the cloud chain around her, electrocuting anyone within range of it.
 

LV.3 Zeus Breeze Tempo: Nami supercharges Zeus the Thundercloud with her own Black Balls and weather eggs to make a massive super cloud that rains holy thunder down upon her opponent.

 

Assist:
Thunder Trap:
Nami release cloud when touched it shocks the opponent. Shoots it over head or in front of you to trap you opponent.

Super Moves:
LV.1: Impact Dial: Usopp blocks the last hit of the opponent with he dial and fires it back at them.
 

LV.2 10 Ton Hammer: The totally legit not a balloon tied to a stick, hammer. Will put shock to all of the Great Usopp foes.
 

LV.3 Impact Wolf: Usopp shoots a Pop Green into the air which then sprouts into grass that takes the shape of a wolf. The bulb where it came from that shaped like a wolf's nose can release a stunningly powerful shock wave.

For Usopp him taking a proud/heroic pose/stance all the while his legs shake is the only way I could see it:

LV.2 Veison Shoot: Sanji, spinning horizontally in the air, kicks the opponent repeatedly in the chest and belly, finishing the attack with a powerful axe kick on the head.
 

LV.3 Hell Memories: Closing his eyes and remembering his painful times, Sanji immediately becomes enraged, his whole body catching fire. He then leaps into the air and delivers a powerful kick to his opponent.

Archetypes: Don't know what to make him.... Chopper would constantly switch between all the forms he had over the series during when he fights.

Super Moves:
LV.1 Kokutei Roseo Metel: Chopper starts off by putting his hooves together on the right side or left side of his body, as if setting up for a Kokutei Cross-attack, then he runs or jumps towards his opponent, and hits the opponent over their entire body with a barrage of Kokutei Roseo punches. The hoof-mark imprints look like a large group of falling sakura petals.

 

LV.2 Monster Point:
 
Chopper transforms into his strongest form, greatly increasing Chopper offence capabilities for a short period of time.

LV.3: Kokutei: Palme (Carving Hoof: Palm):
Chopper transforms into his monster point form and strikes his opponent open handed; driving his large hoof-like fingers into them.

Assist: I think it should be based off the Robi-Cho Daisenpuu (Chopper and Robin's Vortex): Robin first elevates Chopper while he's in Kung Fu Point with Mil Fleur: Gigantesco Mano, followed by Chopper rotating quickly enough to create a whirlwind. Basically Chooper in his Kung Fu point spins towards you like a hurricane.

Archetype: A mix up between a grappler and something else I feel would work good.

Super Moves:

LV.1 GRAB!:
 
Although maybe just make this a dramatic finish with Robin vs Franky.

LV.2 Doble Clutch:
Robin sprouts one clone of herself with 2 pairs of extra arms which she uses to grab her opponent's head. While she herself grabs her opponent's legs, after also sprouting 2 pairs of extra arms on her own arms. She then performs Clutch simultaneously on both of the opponent's legs and head, breaking both of the opponent's lower back and neck with "U" shape.
 
 

LV.3: Mil Fleur Sutonpu (Thousand Flower Stomp):
Using two giant legs, Robin stomps down upon her opponents.
 

Assist:
Cuarenta Fleur Spank (Forty Flower Spank): A technique where Robin sprouts four huge arms that strike with an open palm.

LV.1 Coup De Vent:
Franky connects both of his arms together with a T-shaped pipe then aims the remaining end of the pipe at his opponent. He then sucks massive amounts of air into his abnormally large arms (thus making them grow even larger) and when he reaches critical mass he fires a blast of compressed air.
 

LV.2 Franky Iron Boxing:
Franky rushes towards the opponent in a gattling style attacking using his huge iron fist to devastate his opponent with a lot of punches.
 

LV.3 Radical Beam:
By making a circle or oval shape gesture with both of his hands, Franky first charges a light inside of it before shooting a powerful laser beam that causes a massive explosion and can easily burn his opponent.

Brook first positions himself in mid-air several feet above his target and then performs a descending spinning downwards in an attempt to spear his target.

Lv.2 Kasuriuta: Fubuki Giri (Song of Scratches, Blizzard Slice):
Combining his incredible speed and his Devil Fruit ability, Brook sheaths his sword from top to bottom and the streak mark he creates with his "chilled" sword freezes the opponent's blood. Brook claims that the wind produced from his sword's slashing in this technique contains the essence of the chilling winds of the underworld itself.
 

Assist:
Aubade Coup Droit (Dawn Serenade: Right-Handed Strike):
A thrusting technique, the sword creates a highly compressed blast of air.

"Knight of the Sea" Jinbe is the future crew mate and Helmsmen of the Straw Hat Pirates. Former captain of the Sun Pirates and former Warloard of the sea.

Archetype: Grappler (he's like a sumo wrestler after all)

LV.1. Spear Wave:
Jinbe heaves a spear-shaped burst of water with enough force to punch a hole in solid structures.

LV.2 Karakusagawara Seiken (Arabesque Tile True Punch):
Jinbe punches the air from a fair distance away, using water vapor from the air to transmit the blow to the opponent.
 

LV.3 Gyojin Karate Ogi: Buraikan (Fishman Karate Secret Technique: Mighty Reliant Piercing):
Jinbe hurls a pack of water in his hands and shoots a powerful water shock wave that pierces through his opponent's body.

Jinbe gathers water in his hand about the size of a bullet and flings it at the opponent.

Jinbe is like a sumo wrestler with his style so doing this once for his taunt and maybe punching the air.

Yonko Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates and former member of the Whitebeard Pirates 2nd Division, who strives to be the next Pirate King and is sorta Luffy's dark reflection and imo Final Opponent in the series. Posses two of the most dangerous DF's, both the Yami Yami no Mi (Darkness Darkness Fruit) and the Gura Gura No Mi (Quake Quake Fruit).

Archtype; Grappler I would say.

LV.1 Pitch Black:
 
Blackbeard surrounds himself in darkness helping him to extend his damage and combos for a short amount of time.

LV.2 Kabutowari (Helment Breaking):
Blackbeard Grabs the opponent and slams them down into the ground, then grabs there head and focus his quake powers into his hand before unleasing a concentrated quake attack straight to the face.

LV.3 Black Hole Liberation:
 
Blackbeard spreads darkness across the area, if caught the opponet is absorbed and sucked into Teachs darkness/body where they are then crushed, twisted and turned by large amounts of gravity.

Then Teach spews them out back onto the battlefield

Kurouzu (Dark Spiral):
 
Blackbeard uses his right hand to create a spiral of gravitation sucking the opponent closer to him, if the opponent is in his clutches in enough time Blackbeard will deck the opponent in the face.

Blackbeard loves cherry pie and Luffy hates it, so what better for his taunt is that after decking an opponent he just pulls out a piece of cherry pie and starts eating.

LV. 1 Overheat:
Doflamingo shoots a thick rope made of condensed strings from his palm and whips it at the target.
 

LV.2 Feather Attack String:
Doflamingo condenses the vast amount of string from Ever White into countless points before sending them at his opponent in the formation of two wings. He likens this technique to "a thousand arrows".

 

LV. 3 God Thread:
Doflamingo summons sixteen thick strings which he refers to as "holy ammunition" and sends them at his opponent in a piercing formation.

Archetype: Charge (character that has little zoning ability and pressure the opponent with good close normal and specials)

Super Moves:
LV.1 Perfume Femur (Aromatic Leg:)
Hancock does a handstand and spins around in order to deliver a series of kicks. Anything she strikes, whether animate or inanimate, instantly turns into stone and, in turn, breaks from the sheer force of her kicks.

 

LV.2 Slave Arrows or Arrows of Imprisonment:
Hancock breathes in deeply and kisses out a heart, she then pulls the heart back with a hand and, with a pop like that of a bubble, hundreds of arrows (all of them tipped and fletched with a stylized heart design) are fired and barrage her opponent(s) before petrifying them; the sheer number of arrows unleashed makes this move particularly difficult to evade.

The Surgeon of Death, former warlord of the sea and captain of the Heart Pirates. Owner of the Ope Ope no Mi, allows its user to create a spherical space or "room", in which the user has complete control over the placement and orientation of the objects inside, basically anyone in his room a patient and he's the Surgeon.

Archetype: Rushdown (character that has little zoning ability and pressure the opponent with good close normals and specials)

Super Movies:
LV1. Injection Shot:
While aiming at his target, Law rushes towards them with his sword stretched out in order to stab them. Once the sword connects, Law makes it "fire" like a gun, making the target bleed in the aimed spot while pushing them back a fair distance.

LV2. Counter Shock:
Law places both of his thumbs onto his opponent's chest and releases a strong electrical surge like a defibrillator.
 
(Ignore he only has 1 arm here...he gets better)

LV.3 Gamma Knife:
This is Law's strongest technique. Law creates a short blade of energy before stabbing his opponent with it. This technique destroys his victim's internal organs without leaving any external wounds.
 

Assist:
Takt:
Law uses his ability to levitate an object within his ROOM in a telekinetic manner. To use this technique, Law performs a lifting motion with his index finger (by pointing upwards).

LV.1 Desert la Spada:
Crocodile now forms several solid blades with fan-shaped edges instead of one large blade made from sand.
 

Lv.2 Sables (Sandstorm):
Crocodile summons a massive tornado of sand and sends it on a rampage. Once this sandstorm grows large enough, not even he can stop it.
 
 

LV.3 Desert Grande Espada (Large Sword of the Desert):
An altered and enhanced version of Desert Spada. While Desert Spada forms a long underground blade sand that slices everything its path, Desert Grande Spada slices the enemy with a rising sand blade that erupts from the ground with greater speed.

Super Moves:
LV.1 Hybrid Form:
 
Lucci transforms into his hybrid for for some time increasing damage and such.

LV.2 Shigan Spots (Shigan Madara):
Instead of using his finger or one hand, Lucci uses both hands to grab the opponent and stab in his hybrid form with his claws before tossing the opponent behind him.

LV.3 Rokushiki Ogi: Rokuogan (Six King Pistol):
The ultimate Rokushiki technique that can damage an opponent internally. Lucci grabs his opponete with his tail brings his two fists held at close range before hitting the opponent with a powerful blast.
 

Assist:
Rankyaku "Hyobi" (Storm Leg: 'Leopard Tail'):
Rob Lucci creates a large, powerful Rankyaku in the shape of a swirl, which is launched at the enemy like a razor blade.

Archetypes: Rushdown/Zoner (a mix of both)

Super Moves:
LV.1 Ryu no Ibuki (Dragon's Breath):
Sabo puts his clenched fists into the ground while imbuing them with Haki. He then pushes them into the floor, creating an immense impact.
 

LV.2: Hiken (Fire Fist):
Ace's signature move which was inherited by Sabo like Ace, Sabo turns his fist into flames and launches it as a powerful column of fire at his target, capable of causing enormous damage.
 

LV.3 Moeru Ryusoken: Kaen: Ryuo (Burning Dragon Claw Fist: Fire Flame Dragon King):
A combination of the Mera Mera no Mi powers and his Ryusoken style, Sabo forms his "talons" and ignites them, and then slams them into his opponent and spins them around before blasting his target away with a burst of fire.

Archetypes: Mixup (Mix of various things)

Super Moves:
LV.1 Magnagrove Kick:
Kizaru comes in fast in his light form, materialize and kicks the opponent so hard with his momentum and light enhanced kick.
 


LV.2 Ama no Murakumo (Sword of the Gathering Clouds of Heaven):
Borsalino forms a long, very sharp sword out of light and solidifies it
 


LV.3 Yasakani no Magatama (Yasakani String of Jewels):
Borsalino crosses his arms in front of him and uses both hands to fire a torrent of deadly light particles, causing extreme damage to whatever they hit. Borsalino can control the spread of the attack, limiting it to a single person or covering an extremely wide area.
 

Assist:
Kizaru extends his index finger an shoots a simple light beam lazer towards the opponent.

Taunts:
 
For Kizaru I would imagine he sitting back all relaxed talking to his den den mushi talking to Sentomaru not caring for his opponent like he usually does.

Archetypes: Zoner (Sounds fitting for him)

Super Moves:
LV.1 Inugami Guren (Dog Biting Crimson Lotus):
Sakazuki creates a wave of magma, shaped like a dog's head, and launches it against his opponent.
 

LV.2 Ryusei Kazan (Meteor Volcano):
Resembles Dai Funka, but with multiple magma fists rather than just one. Sakazuki points both fists into the air and fires a great number of magma fists upwards in order to let them rain down upon the battlefield, causing enormous amounts of area damage.

 
 

LV.3: Meigo Dark Hound:
Sakazuki transforms his hand into magma and lashes out at the opponent with a claw-thrust. This technique is powerful enough to melt off part of Whitebeard's head with a glancing blow.
 

Assist:
Dai Funka (Big/Great Eruption):
Sakazuki's signature technique. He transforms his fists into pure lava before throwing it forward, like an over-sized rocket.
 

Taunts:
 
For a stern man like Sakazuki I think just a simple animation of him folding his arms in an intimating way is good enough if not just fixing his cap.

Archetypes: Vortex (special character that combines other properties but excels at mixups on knockdowns)

Super Moves:
LV.1 Ice Block: Partisan or Ice Mass Two Thorn Pikes: Kuzan creates several spears of ice by solidifying the cold air around him and then hurls them at the enemy.
 

LV.2 Ice Time:
Kuzan touches his opponent's body, then freezes them into a human ice statue.
 


LV.3 Ice Block: Pheasant Beak (Ice Mass: Raving Pheasant Beak):
Arguably the source of Kuzan's epithet, Kuzan releases a massive wave of ice in the shape of a pheasant in a single blast striking the opponent.

Assist:
Ice Age:
Long range assist, Kuzan appears near you puts his hand on the ground and freezes/creates a patch of ice near the opponent that slows him down and or cause damage.

Issho, also commonly known by his alias Fujitora (Purple Tiger), is a Marine admiral. He was conscripted into the Marines through a World Military Draft during the two-year timeskip. Owner of an unamed Devil Fruit, that allows him to control and manipulate Gravity.

Archetypes: Charge (defensive characters that rely on down-back to mount passive offense and strong defense)

Super Moves (This is a bit harder since some of his moves aren't named):

LV.1 Meteor Call:
Using his powers, Issho was able to drag down a Meteor from Space:
 

LV.2 Gravity Well:
He clashed with Zoro for a brief sec, here Fujitora channel his gravity onto the opponent pushing them down into the ground.
 

LV.3 Moko (Fierce Tiger):
Issho channels his gravity powers into his sword and does a blank horizontal slash, generating immense levels of gravitational forces around him that push out horizontally, which knocks away anything in its path.
 

Assist:
Black Blade Save:
Fujitora comes in his blade coated in haki allowing him to block simple projectiles and attacks.

Taunts:
 
I don't have a gif for an example but I imagine for Fujitora would play dumb using his blindness, acting like he can't see so he turns his head left and right and taps his sword on the ground.

Charlotte Katakuri:
 
Second Son of the Charlotte Family and the First Sweet Commander, possesses the Mochi Mochi no Mi which allows him to create, control, and transform into mochi even his own body.

Archetypes: a mix between a Zoner & Rushdown.

Super Moves:
LV.1 Mochi Thrust:
Katakuri using his trust trident and mochi powers together, twists his arm for greater strength and drilling power then thrust and untwists his arm to piece his opponent.
 

LV.2 Mirror Mochi:
Katakuri takes the surrounding environment in mind and creates Mochi that resembles it above the opponent causing it to collapse on top of his opponent burying them.

LV.3 Buzz-Cut Mochi:
Using his powers, Katakuri enlarges his arm and makes spikes to catch his opponent in his grasp, once thats done he raises his opponent high into the air and slams them down into the ground with enough force to create a crater.
 
 

Assist:
Jelly Bean Throw:
Katakuri will a simple flick of his thumb launches a jellybean towards his opponent.
 
(We still don't know if he makes those jelly beans or he just have them on him)

Taunts:
 
I think for cool and calm Katauri him standing straight up all the while fliping a jelly bean would be a good one, or even taking off his scarf to reveal whats below it:

Edward Newgate AKA Whiteberad:
 
Edward Newgate, more commonly known as "Whitebeard", was the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates and was known as "The Strongest Man in the World" and "The Man closest to One Piece" after Gol. D Roger's death. Was the user of the Gura Gura no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows the user to create vibrations, or quakes.

Archetypes: Grappler (offensive characters that use command grabs to break the opponent. Spend most time getting in then doing good damage.)

Super Moves:
LV.1 Shima Yurashi (Island Shaking):
Whitebeard "grabs" an entire area, by grabbing and pulling on the air around his opponent as if it were tangible, and rapidly shifts it. Using this, he tilts the entire perspective of stage and the opponent is change during the super.
 

LV.2 Gekishin (Severe Earthquake):
A close range variant of seaquake which is usally don't at a distance, but this time Whitebeard gets up close to destroy the opponent with a strong quake to the chest of side.
 
 

Assist:
Naginata Rasetsu (Halberd Rakshasa):
Whitebeard infuses his quake power into his bisento and comes in with a close strike.
 

Taunts:
Can't think of something he would do besides stand tall and fold his arms.

Charlotte Linlin AKA Big Mom:
 
Charlotte Linlin, more widely known as Big Mom, is the captain of the Big Mom Pirates and the only female member of the Yonko. User of the Soru Soru no Mi (soul fruit) is a Paramecia-type devil fruit that allows the user to freely interact with and manipulate souls. Controls 3 allies to help her attack: A cloud named Zeus (or something else now...), a sun named Prometheus and a hat that can transform into a sword named Napoleon.

Big Mom summons Zeus around her left hand and then slams it down on her opponent, striking them with a massive bolt of lightning.

Napoleon takes the form of a longsword as Big Mom swings it with such force that she creates a shockwave that destroys everything in its path.
 

LV.3: Soul Pocus:
Big Mom speaks directly to the human soul, while striking fear into her opponent as she grabs them. She will demand that the person either give her what she desires or give her their lifespan. If the person fears death for even a moment, Big Mom will be able to take their lifespan in any amount that she chooses and if not afraid she will crush them in her hand and slam them into the ground.
 

Assist:
Heavenly Feuer:
Big Mom grabs Prometheus and throws it at her target, creating a large, fiery explosion. A fireball projectile coming overhead (though obviously not that big).
 

Taunts:
 
If you can tell because its to small, Big Mom calls Zeus and uses him as a chair/lounger and sits back for a bit to talk as Promethus shines above her.

Shanks, Captain of the Red Hair Pirates, former member of the Roger Pirates and one of the Four Yonko. Shanks is the pirate that inspired Luffy and is basically his role model, Shanks cares alot for Luffy to the point he sacrificed his arm to save him. He also entrusted his most precious treasure to Luffy, his Straw Hat, both await the day they shall meet again.

Archtypes: Rushdown

Super Moves (Thoguh Shanks hasen't had a single fight so just like other Devs they would make up moves, using PW3 here):

LV.1 Strike for the New World:
Shanks raises his sword, Gryphon into the air him and the sword surrounded by Kings Haki before he brings his sword down in a forward slash.

LV.2: To The Heights of Piracy:
Shanks sticks Gryphon into the ground, concentrating as Haki surrounds him before he unleashes his sowrd holding it upwards. Releasing a huge burst of Kings Haki that knocks the opponent upwards.

Assist:
Supreme Kings Haki:
Shanks has shown the best feats for this haki in the series so lets use it, Shanks would appear infront of the player character and unleash a blast of Kings haki in front striking the opponent if close by and pushing them away.
 

Taunts:
 
Shanks loves to party and drink so I would say he pulls out a sake cup drinks all the while talking then throws the cup behind him (He speaks with his heart so he can talk while drinking )

Now here is season 1 and just that, just a brief description and what assist or something they could have I like to do 2 characters in pack and before we go with the first DLC I will have everything but there archtype since the first DLC I imagine would be out rather shortly.

Shikibukai Pack #1
#1 Gekko Moriah
 
Former Royal Shikibukai and former pirate captain. Moriah had a tragic run in with the Yonko Kaido in the past that left him scarred and his entire crew slaughter, he is driven to avenge his crew. Moriah possesses the Shadow Shadow fruit, which allows him control over shadows even his own and other peoples.

Super Moves:

LV.1 Tsuno-Tokage (Spiky Shadow Lizard):
Moriah gathers shadows into his hand to form a sword with a hilt like a lizard and chucks it at the opponet, stabbing them in the chest.
 

LV.2 Shadow's Asgard:
Moriah gathers all the shadows he can into his body to grow to a monstrous form (kinda looks like a frog), increasing his strength and such. Though unlike other transformations this one slowly shrinks over time and when Moriah takes damage before he returns to his regular self.
 

LV.3 Shadow Box:
Moriah makes his doppelman grow massive in size by sending shadows in it, then transforms into many shadow bats surrounding the opponent then reforming into a black box with the opponent inside of it. Moriah slams, punches and stomps on the box till it shatters releasing the opponent.
 

Assist:
Doppelman:
Basically a shadow clone, Moriah sits back behind the player and lets doppelman do all the work protect the player from the opponent.
 

Taunts:
 
One of Gekko Moriahs biggest traits now is him being incredible lazy, so he likes to kick back and do as little work as possible so I would have him just lay on his back with his hands behind his head.
