An aesthetic choice that I commented upon to begin with on the fact that making her a ginger isn't exactly conducive to make the character less likely to look less suicidal given his own cultural background . Whether she dyes her hair or not whether she is naturally ginger or faking it doesn't matter in the first place it's irrelevant to the criticism . If you don't want your japanese players and some of your western audience to think about your character in a certain way maybe don't give her the hair color that will have non cessant discriminationn as a ripple effect of what the player thinks about ...
So for the last time "and that changes anything because ?"

EDIT : just in case you didn't know , in both my neck of the woods (so Northern France) and japan there are hairdressers that will straight up refuse to dye your hair in any shade of ginger until you're an adult as a woman because they know all too well that some young girls will not be able to take the constant abuse that comes out of it and then rather than being mad at the actual problem (gingerist bullshit ideas) will get mad at them and make a fuss ...
