There is a major problem with black culture in America. They need to self-analyze, accept the ugly truth, and amend. Other cultures have dealt with prejudice and oppression with more tact and grace in the past. There's so much potential for good, but only evil is glorified.
It's unnerving when people seem absolutely unphased by the idea of false accusations. It's also weird that the people most upset about it tend to be white and male, the most prominent examples (victims) that come to mind are black. Like Emmet Til and Brian Banks.

I'm not in any position to judge a parent concerned for the welfare of my kid and the consequences of their activity - but I can tell you that if I were interviewed about it it would be to beg my child to come home safely and give himself up so that he could get help and end this terrible business.This guy's dad is distraught and it's easy for me to sit here and question him, but it's an extremely unexpected response and frankly a really unhelpful and potentially dangerous one. Any mountie watching this, professionalism aside, is now more concerned about an impossible standoff than they might otherwise have been - and direct from someone close to the kid.If I were the network I wouldn't have aired that. It's creating inflammatory dangerous predictions on top of an already powderkeg situation.I'd appeal to both kids to give themselves up peacefully for everyone's safety - theirs, the public and the authorities. They might well be watching that broadcast from a cabin, or a cellphone. If they need help or counseling for deeper seated issues or they have a story they need to tell -- then they can find that in custody and end this without any further tragedy.
