Sony made the three best Spiderman movies on their own (first 2 Raimi ones, and Spiderverse).

Imagine being such a wimp that you side against a whole entertainment franchise (mcu) just out of spite, some people in here are mentally on the level of toddlers.

Sony made 6 Spider-man movies.
2 Are great
One is good but cheesy
The other are awful.

Mcu made 2 Spider-man movies
One is great
One is good
His cameos in other mcu flicks were awesome.

Sony has Tom Rothman, MCU has Feige.
I'm siding with MCU because of quality not because I'm a fan, which I am.

Marvel truely has to curse the day back when they must have sold the rights.

Then throw Spider-Man 2 and Spiderverse on top and it’s game set match tbh

Last year, Peter Coffin, a bearded, male-presenting feminist, came out publicly as nonbinary because “I am physically happy with myself but severely dislike my place in the gender dynamic.” In fact, Coffin wrote, “it just felt like the dynamic didn’t apply to me.” Ignoring the fact that Coffin still reads as male to the world at large (and will continue to reap the accompanying benefits of such, whatever they might be), it’s not hard to see the reasoning: Men are Bad. I am Not Bad. Hence, I am Not a Man.
Quote
Some enbies are androgynous or bounce between looks, and others are assigned male at birth and present masculine and others are assigned female at birth who present feminine. Writer Peter Coffin, for instance—a bearded father of two who is married to a feminine-presenting woman—came out earlier this year as “agender,” a subsidiary of the nonbinary identity. Why? Because, in his own words, he “disliked [his] place in the gender dynamic.” So, instead of working to dismantle a hierarchy that places men at the top and women at the bottom, he simply stopped identifying as a man, while, of course, still receiving all the privileges of people who look like them. I suppose that’s one way to deal with structural sexism.

While there's been no comprehensive census of people calling themselves nonbinary (much less agender), gray-bearded fathers like Peter Coffin, are, from my observation, the minority.

Disney will shift everything to Kamala now. Feige probably regrets wasting the Stark relationship rocket push on Spider Man when this could have been used on Kamala who they have control over.

Can you imagine how big it would have been for a girl with middle eastern heritage to be the leader of the Marvel Universe? That would have been some real social impact.

Pretty sure they always planned to introduce a young hero so that they could have a leader that would be around for decades. Spider man was going to be just that. And there was talk of Kamala Khan getting a movie franchise. That died and then young Spider Man became a thing. You could for sure have plugged Kamala into Spider Man's current spot.

basically guillermo del toro is the king of superheroes

Had no idea he directed Blade 2. No wonder it was so good. Makes sense that Blade 3 was a complete trainwreck as he didn't work on that. Though there are other reasons beyond that I'm sure.

Edit: Wesley Snipes refusing to open his eyes for a random scene so they were CGI added in for example  :lol
Edit 2: Though seeing that the directer for 3 was the same writer for 1 and 2 and went on to write other good movies before and after (give or take) I'm kinda surprised how completely awful Blade 3 turned out to be.

Blade 3 was plagued by Snipes and the director David Goyer being at extreme odds (Snipes refused to talk with him at all on set) and... well... Having Goyer as a director. It was pretty tired and using all of the shitty ropes mandated by executives to "expand the franchise". The DVD has an incredible featurette of Goyer the writer interviewing Goyer the director in split screen where he fellates himself about how talented he is. Goyer has a pretty stellar resume but in reality it's not at all clear he's that good, even by his own admission. He's more of an outline guy, and him and Norrington drew a lot from Snipes to make Blade somewhat of a charismatic character on screen.

You may not have noticed, but there has been a conscious effort here to stop that after a certain YouTuber committed suicide.

Additionally, it's just... y'know, a shitty thing to do.

You don't have to be a yes man, but there's a way to criticize that doesn't involve -- for example -- posting screenshots of deleted tweets with the express intent to embarrass and mock their author.

It's not okay to shit on people. If someone deleted their embarrassing tweet, maybe it's because they were embarrassed by it. For someone to then repost that tweet with the express intent to further mock its author... Like, you don't know what that person is going through. It's not okay and it is never okay. Surely it doesn't take someone admitting publicly that they're struggling with mental health issues for you to see any merit in sparing them public humiliation.
