The 2008 was just the right level of exciting, tense, and dramatic. I'm not sure there will ever be another quite like it, where basically the entire voter base liked both candidates and it was down to really specific quirks or outright feels for a lot of people on choice of candidate. History was going to be made either way, and it was abundantly clear by spring 2008 already that the dem nominee was almost a lock for the presidency. Neither was particularly divisive and I can't recall any toxicity beyond friendly jeering even though campaigning got extremely heated. The debating was legendary. When are you ever going to see 2 charismatic intellectuals duke it out on policy in a GOP debate? Hah.

Hillary even went onto the convention floor herself to personally release her delegates in the end, and Obama was a bro offering her SoS.

You're welcome to browse my post history and see if I have ever even gone near that stereotype or anything remotely like it in my entire life and you're welcome to ignore the number of gaffes Nina specifically has committed that were unforced errors. There are several thinly and unveiled accusations of racism in this thread and at this point it's impossible to discuss the merits of campaign mistakes without being dogpiled.

I think bias against bernie might leave you open to accepting arguments that are rooted in bias against black people, even if your adoption of that view honestly has no basis in race and it never crossed your mind as potentially racist.

That said, I'm very certain that the overall narrative of Brie Joy Gray and Nina Turner being too angry and rude is deeply rooted in racism. The examples people use of them being that way are way too common and mild to make sense of otherwise

Same shit happened with his antisemitic ban. Was pending until it went to being like a day. He's the only "insider" on the site. He's not going anywhere.

Yeah. Not having an account on ERA is pretty inconsequential, he's probably balls deep in the same shit in half a dozen internet outlets (People mention he is in Discords). He already came back once and if he really wants to he could make another alt. "I'll tell the mods not to accept me even if I beg" is child's stuff and doesn't bode well with regards to any self examination he subjected himself to.

Hopefully he'll take the advice that have been repeated hundreds of times to him. I don't expect it, though.
