I'm not sure who the anonymous person is and I have no clue on what's behind everything but I know one thing now is the existence of this account and how active it is in the past year

I havent talked to her about it yet and I'm quite open minded to things so I'm not one of those who would straight up get angry and it doesnt seem like a sexual thing to me, but at the same time idk if this is considered anywhere similar to online cheating

Now I'm not sure what I should do and thus made this post before I confront her about it, like how do you guys think about this situation?
