There are and have been plenty of bans being given out, and we're still reviewing dozens and dozens of reports. We also have to make sure that marginalized and minority folk have a voice in all of this, while working to try to make sexual assault victims feel safe. I don't like to talk about this publicly, and I don't say this to erase any mistakes, simply to share my perspective, but I am a queer member of staff, and a sexual assault victim, and all of this is very close to home for me.
