The white baby killer thing is kind of overblown.
Though it's always funny to have it brought up.
"You're missing the context!!!!"
Except TopNep has no problem saying:
-
ALL white people are racist
-That killing white babies is A-OKAY! ("CONTEXT THO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!")

Vom.
Honestly, and maybe I'll get shiskabobbed for saying it, but as a white person I feel super uncomfortable around most new people of color that I meet because I automatically assume they hate or distrust me. I understand that there's good reason to distrust most white people, but it feels like a wall that I have trouble breaking down. It doesn't stop me from working with or being kind to people different from me, but I always find myself on edge in early interactions which makes real connection difficult.
and the racism thread proves all of your fears are true, they do automatically hate and distrust you! you are a bad person

And the BCT has no retrospection in understanding this shit is exactly WHY racism continues to exacerbate. Folks are going to be uncomfortable for a little while, that's a "new"ness thing. But if you automatically jump to "OH BUT THEY'RE RACIST BECAUSE I'M DIFFERENT!" you're doing yourselves no favors in getting them on board.
Same shit the Black Lives Matter movement did with going into libraries and calling white folks racist or whatever for attempting to leave because they were annoyed while trying to do work. Trying to educate folks on racism is all well and good, doing it while being accusatory or going "oh but you're racist because <skin color/inherence>" isn't going to get folks on board with your movement.
