Didn't even know he directed it until the end when the credits rolled. Otherwise I would've avoided it. I remember saying, "damn it" when I saw his name on the credits. Still stings a bit and I feel weird about it till this day.

As for the latter stance, to me "Off the Wall" is still a great album and "Chinatown" is still a great movie. I have been (re-)reading some HP Lovecraft stories these days, and some of the racism is just incredible. It seems impossible for him to refer to a black person without comparing them to gorillas or apes. Disgusting and awful.

Anime mainly. Too many questionable themes (e.g. sexualisation of minors) but I just love the genre so much that I can't quit it.

I guess Harry Potter is the only thing after that whole JK Rowling debacle. I still love it, left way to much of an impression on me growing up.

I still enjoy Ruroni Kenshin and Buso Renkin despite it's creator being extremely problematic. I refuse to buy any new product or reread the series in any format that may give him money.
