The cops in Amsterdam are fucked it's hard to get all the stoners under control. There's a lot of people who end up in a state of psychosis and don't even remember what they did the next day.
They have to arrest thots and English hooligans the same way.

They usually try a more chill approach to deescalate the situation and use violence as a last resort. Crowd control is often where things get messy.

Murder by police is incredibly rare. I recall 1 case when they were called to a shooting and a kid in an abandoned parking lot pointed what they thought was a gun at them and they shot him by accident.
