This is America buddy, you show up you get a ballot is how it should work. No tests, no qualifications, no forms, nothing except simple registration. People voting as other people is such a small problem (and generally is done via absentee anyway) it's irrelevant, and it doesn't change election outcomes anyway.

No national IDs either. We shouldn't have to show papers, so there's no need for them.
