I can understand. It's not so much the direct story, but I wouldn't want to know what set pieces are there later in the game. I felt the same towards Gears 2 and the story in that is just as distinguished mentally-challenged.

These are always a tough read. Everyone goes through that time when you have to call it, and that's a tough (but necessary) responsibility. My mom had a Maine Coon she had to put down recently due to seizures caused by feline diabetes. Happened quickly like Simmons story. Crushed her. I'm not so much a cat person but that cat was funny as hell. He'd lay on his side and scoop food to his mouth. Couldn't really figure that this wasn't the best way to feed. Then again, the fucker was big and heavy.

I don't really care about system wars much anymore.

However I am turned off from the PS side due to the extreme faggotry that is exhibited by the likes of Hans/Private Hoffman, Kittonwy, Jax, etc. I am also turned off from the Nintendo side because that side only cares about sales. Do they even play the games they're hyping up? No, no they don't. They just play sales figures. If it sells well in Japan, it is worth buying. Fuck quality, if it sells 40,000 copies a week consistently, it is worth the buy. Fuck that.

I pick the Xbox side because it is the least offensive side

One of the better stories in a shooter, actually. There's actually more depth to the friends turned enemies deal too.

Although that's actually less idiotic than product allegiance, it becomes worse when people allow it to affect their enjoyment of the products. Also comical is that the people on each side think that they are uniquely illuminated and of course nothing like the buggers on the other sides.
